Suspension training, often with TRX straps, is the training that resembles Olympic rings, where the body is in a vacuum or only with feet on the ground.
Hands on the straps, we can work all the muscles of the body in the difficulty that we desire according to our imagination! The working positions are endless!
Today, we do together a training TRX suspension of 9 exercises in 3 blocks of exercises in circuits.
Do 2 to 3 sets per block, and about 10 to 12 repetitions per exercise.
