Boss Body Blueprint is my 12 week program where I teach women how to build their boss body with flexible dieting and proper training. I teach my clients how to get these results instead of telling them what to do. Through the 12 weeks, they learn how to think like a trainer and have the "trainer's eye" to determining how progress is moving along and when it's time to adapt things.
We use a flexible dieting approach (IIFYM) and focus mainly on resistance training to shape the body and boost metabolism.
