Coach Rachel Tucker

Rachel Tucker is a Christian transformation coach, author, wife, and mom of four with nearly 20 years of coaching experience. She has helped more than 10,000 women grow stronger in spirit, soul, and body—and become the women they know they’re called to be.

Rachel teaches women to stop drifting, take responsibility for their growth, and build a life marked by faith, self-leadership, healthy standards, and purpose. She champions a truth many women need to hear: caring for yourself is not selfish. You can’t keep pouring from an empty place.

Alongside her husband, Curt, Rachel speaks honestly about marriage and the hard seasons they’ve navigated, including adultery, addiction, abuse, and financial loss. Their story is part of the hope they offer couples who want to do the work of rebuilding.
