As an ACE Certified Personal Trainer, Group Fitness Instructor, Fitness Nutrition Specialist, and an NPC Bikini / NGA Figure Competitor, I LOVE fitness and the confidence I see people gain as they realize their full potential in obtaining their health and fitness goals. With a BS in Kinesiology, I understand the importance of safe exercise and the vast physiological benefits it provides!!
