Jackie Kold is a personal trainer with certification through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM), and certification through Yoga Alliance, following completion of a 227-hour program through Total Body Yoga, nationally-registered and recognized school.

She has varied experience working in her field, and has owned and operated her own studio for over 10 years.

In addition to working as a personal trainer and yoga instructor for women, children and families, Jackie also provides yoga and corrective exercise training for special populations including those over age 50.
