Johnathan Grzybowski is rogue risk taker turned entrepreneur. The original North Philadelphia native turned Camden resident, has always found ways to use his creativity to transform the customer experience through innovative marketing techniques. Johnathan grew his first real startup, Waterfront Media, a digital marketing and design agency, out of Waterfront Lab with nothing more than determination and a dream.

After noticing an industry problem amongst customers communicating with their internal creative teams, he knew there was a better way to streamline the process to save businesses time and money. Hence the creation of Penji.

Grzybowski formed Penji, along with his cofounder to become the most dependable and reliable solution for marketing teams, startups, and entrepreneurs. As Penji expands, Grzybowski also looks to provide the local community with education, internships, and job opportunities to underserved regions throughout the country.

Grzybowski is also the host of The Blind Entrepreneur podcast that caters to entrepreneurs who may be temporarily blind or stuck in business. He has published over 100 interviews with Entrepreneurs and counting. The podcast coincides with his Grzybowski’s passion to empower, educate, and inspire the next generation of entrepreneurs.
