Welcome friends - I’m so glad you’re here! I’m an Aussie in LA and I’ve spent the last decade guiding mindful experiences - teaching yoga, meditation, breath work, and sound healing. I’m a student, teacher, and teacher of teachers. I’m also a mum of two so while I’m almost always tired I’m also quite adept at figuring out how best to use small pockets of time. 

I’ve created this channel to provide free yoga and meditation classes to help us stitch together a mindfulness practice in amongst the activities of our day… maybe you have time before a meeting, the kids are asleep, you’ve arrived somewhere a few mins early… Whatever it is, I’m here to help you make mindful use of those moments that live in between the busy-ness of your life.
