Dr Michael Torres

This Channel is designed to be an online coping skill tool for Teenagers and their Parents. I work with Teenagers and families, and want to pass along some of the experience and knowledge I have acquired over the past 20+ years. I have assembled meditations, short talks, videos that inspire, give hope, make you laugh and smile, and even remind you that you are not alone. My hope is that the positive messages, images and words will distract you from your low mood, and remind you that no feeling lasts forever - this too shall pass. Be well and thanks for checking-out my Channel, Dr Michael Torres
