Training hard after working hours...end of a long day coaching. Taking some time to myself for some rope work...and some power bag cleans.
There I was working out, minding my own business, and then this light came on from above, my shirt fell off and my camera took a photo...such a hassle when your just trying to train and this kinda debacle kicks off...pah 😝
I used this routine for my 'finisher' sets at the end of the session to empty the tank...as it were: 4 rounds of - Double rope throw downs x 10, alternating single rope throw downs for 20 seconds, burpee into powerbag clean and press x 10. Ouch.
