Alexandra Freches Duque

Hi, my name is Alexandra Freches Duque and I'm a Portuguese Integrative Clinical Psychologist, currently living in Ireland.

For me, Empathy is the foundation stone of the therapeutic relation, and every talk therapy or session grows on it. So, for me, the Person and the Connection are the real answer to those who seek recovery, well-being, learning, as well as new paths, answers, hopes or behaviours and inner peace... Growth & Transformation.

What I do professionally is not just something that "I do" every day. 
In reality it is, and has become, a big part of who "I am", it is where my passion is, it is where my life purpose is. And that is the fundamental reason for creating this platform, to spread my purposeful message with more people, helping them to grow their life vision and pursue true fulfillment and happiness.
