Marco Kaltofen is a Massachusetts licensed civil engineer and he is the principal at Boston Chemical Data Corp. This firm performs environmental fate and transport investigations, encompassing chemical, petroleum, and radioactive contamination in the natural environment and in the workplace. Dr. Kaltofen's research area is the study of nuclear forensics, targeting radioactive particles and emerging chemical contaminants in airborne dusts. He is a member of the American Society of Civil Engineers, with a PhD in Civil Engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute, (WPI), in Worcester, MA, and a Masters in Environmental Engineering.
