Customer is the king has become a burning issue in 21st century.As we know the customer is the center point of any business and organization at present. There are number of reasons for customer is the king. Firstly, customer has lot of options in 21st century. They can choose the best one out of these options. Customer is the king , easy access to information allow customer to be educated, savvy, knowledgeable and experienced. So, these smart and experienced customers can not be deceived by organization. Another reason why customer king and queen is that, we can not think of a company or business without customer. It is quite impossible to find any organization without customer at present. So, customers are the essence of any business entity. Customer can make or break of brand. It is customer who can make or break of a brand. This is because customer is the king. For example, if customer does not like a brand and product and stop purchasing , it will be very hard for that brand to survive in the market. Finally, it is customer who will determine which product or service runs in the market. It is not the will of organization that to launch any new products or service rather it is the will of the customer who dictate product launching. Take the case of Kodak, once upon a time Kodak was very popular brand but it has become obsolete right now. It happened because Kodak could not cope with the changing needs of market.So customer is the king.
