OPEN ME FOR MORE INFO ... In this episode of Girl Meets Body, I'm sharing a DIY recipe for one of my favorite detoxifying and purifying face masks.
I recommend this mask for patients that come into my clinic who have hormonal acne or PMS / premenstrual skin (you know those zits and greasiness you get right when you're about to get your period?!)
Although you can use it at any time of the cycle.
My favorite time to apply this mask is on a Sunday evening, because the rhassoul clay tends to make your skin a bit red for a little bit afterwards, so I like to make sure I don't have any immediate plans after my mask.
