In this video we are discussing the capabilities of NVIDIA Tesla P40 GPU by benchmarking it with Crytek's marvel of a game Ryse Son of Rome at 8K and 4K display resolutions. The intent was to determine if Ryse will run at 60fps at 4K resolution and to see how well will Tesla P40 GPU hold up at a supersampled 8K resolution. Additionally, I will discuss the technical development of the game, by reviewing technical challenges that Crytek experienced during development! I hope the tech savvy of you will appreciate my tech analysis of Ryse Son of Rome, as this title was so much ahead of its time upon the release in 2014.

The power of Tesla P4- GPU allows the game to run at 4K 60FPS! The artwork the design and the graphics of Ryse: Son of Rome is absolutely amazing! When the game was ran at 8K resolution, it dropped a significant amount of frames and ran in the range of 15-25 frames per second. That is very commendable, as 8K serves as a good benchmark, which revels the amount of headroom the GPU has.
