This video showcases a console variable, featured in Robot Repair demo from The Lab.
sv_crowbar_zipline enables a special mode — when the crowbar is equipped, it functions both as like a hook and zipline spawner.
This code is believed to be inherited from HL3's codebase, as the RR demo is believed to be using Half-Life 3 as its base.
It is unknown if Ziplines (especially crowbar ones) are a legitimate gameplay mechanic from Half-Life 3 or it's just some kind of a test Valve likes to experiment with in their games.
The feature is very 'hacky' due to right mouse button reportedly creating a func_ladder entity. The code is pre-release, so probably it will be an entirely separate entity, which you'll be able to set up in Hammer.
After Half-Life 3 is released, of course. ;)
