Hello Wanderers, I’m Joel and this is episode 2 of Wandering toward: Emotional Health. Today well be talking about Goal setting, our methods and what I’m learning about balancing fantastic ambitions and present reality.
I know yesterday I said this episode would be about personal knowledge, and to be honest that would be smarter in a linear sense (know yourself to know what you actually want) but today is New Years Eve, we’re making resolutions you’re making resolutions everybody’s resolving, so lets wander as the season calls. also this needs to be a quick video because I really want to get out there and see the floating lights!
So lets begin!
First a definition A goal -a pair of posts linked by a crossbar and often with a net attached behind it, forming a space into or over which the ball has to be sent in order to score. [-the object of a person's ambition or effort; an aim or desired result.
The making of Today's episode has, ironocaly been a lesson in goal setting.
You see, I ment to sit down and write out my yearly goals, break those down into manageable pieces and pick the ones that interest me most (or the most urgent ones)
