1 1/2 Cups Old Fashioned Oats (144g)
1/2 Cup Chopped Walnuts (56g)
1/4 Cup Dried Cranberries (30g)
1/4 Cup Dark Chocolate Chips or Chunks (56g)
2 Tablespoons Chia Seeds (15g)
2 Mashed Bananas (about 1 cup of banana)
1/4 Cup Unsweetened Natural Peanut Butter (64g)
1. In a large bowl, combine the oats, walnuts, cranberries, chocolate chips, chia seeds, mashed banana, and peanut butter. Stir together until well combined.
2. Scoop the mixture with a tablespoon and form into a ball. Place the balls onto a parchment lined baking sheet about 2 inches apart from each other. Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F for 15 minutes. Let cool and store in an air tight container.
| Makes about 21 energy balls.
*Energy balls stored at room temperature will keep about 3 days, those stored in the refrigerator can be kept up to a week.
