Welcome to my channel!  This channel was created to share exercises and workouts that I've used on myself (as a certified personal trainer)  and with my clients.  As you'll see, I like to do a little bit of everything.  Many of my workouts are "themed" based where I'll take a workout, give it a name, and add my own little twist to it.  I try to make the workouts fun, but challenging, yet doable for anyone to try.  These are very effective workouts with proven results for building muscle, losing fat, dropping weight, toning up, increasing endurance and improving energy levels.
