of</text><text start="134.48" dur="4.399">rpmos to voice.org</text><text start="137.28" dur="3.2">that&amp;#39;s still being worked on we&amp;#39;ve</text><text start="138.879" dur="5.281">received about</text><text start="140.48" dur="5.759">20 to 30 rpm packages from the community</text><text start="144.16" dur="3.68">we&amp;#39;ve been testing them some of them are</text><text start="146.239" dur="4.241">not working so we&amp;#39;re first</text><text start="147.84" dur="3.92">doing some good quality assurance and</text><text start="150.48" dur="4.36">standardizing them</text><text start="151.76" dur="6.479">with basic naming conventions</text><text start="154.84" dur="4.119">uh formatting the the file names</text><text start="158.239" dur="2.08">correctly</text><text start="158.959" dur="3.36">and also making certain that</text><text start="160.319" dur="5.121">dependencies are working correctly</text><text start="162.319" dur="6">so the other thing that of which</text><text start="165.44" dur="6.4">the uh the cog wheels have been in</text><text start="168.319" dur="6.64">motion for some time</text><text start="171.84" dur="6.319">voice will be funding the first round</text><text start="174.959" dur="4.401">of development of a new object rex port</text><text start="178.159" dur="4.241">for os2</text><text start="179.36" dur="7.36">with shell integration will be done</text><text start="182.4" dur="6.72">by glasson from</text><text start="186.72" dur="3.68">i&amp;#39;m not certain i think he&amp;#39;s yes he&amp;#39;s</text><text start="189.12" dur="3.759">from russia</text><text start="190.4" dur="4.64">and he&amp;#39;s already done a lot of the echo</text><text start="192.879" dur="4.64">software</text><text start="195.04" dur="5.119">software development such as file open</text><text start="197.519" dur="6.561">container</text><text start="200.159" dur="5.921">zippy and dvd toys</text><text start="204.08" dur="4.079">the new system that we put up two years</text><text start="206.08" dur="5.2">ago also getting attention so there&amp;#39;s a</text><text start="208.159" dur="5.681">linkedin page there&amp;#39;s twitter</text><text start="211.28" dur="4.4">facebook and people are reading those</text><text start="213.84" dur="3.92">messages i know that</text><text start="215.68" dur="4">social media should be used for</text><text start="217.76" dur="2.399">interacting with people so i try to do</text><text start="219.68" dur="3.76">that as</text><text start="220.159" dur="3.601">time permits but yeah that this kind of</text><text start="223.44" dur="2.32">time</text><text start="223.76" dur="3.28">i&amp;#39;m kind of stressed for time with all</text><text start="225.76" dur="5.52">of your activities</text><text start="227.04" dur="4.64">so depending on how fit 19 and where we</text><text start="231.28" dur="3.2">are</text><text start="231.68" dur="5.119">i&amp;#39;m still hoping that in the next well</text><text start="234.48" dur="3.92">summer in january or february we might</text><text start="236.799" dur="4.64">know some more and if we can</text><text start="238.4" dur="6">maybe do a warp stock europe in</text><text start="241.439" dur="4">frankfurt it was originally planned for</text><text start="244.4" dur="4.559">last year</text><text start="245.439" dur="7.121">but then it was turned into a</text><text start="248.959" dur="3.601">into a digital war stock</text><text start="253.76" dur="4.319">the big chunk of the presentation will</text><text start="255.84" dur="5.28">be devoted to a new browser</text><text start="258.079" dur="6.161">um to summarize uh</text><text start="261.12" dur="7.359">firefox 45 is slow running out of gas</text><text start="264.24" dur="5.92">um it was made in 2017.</text><text start="268.479" dur="3.201">i am not the only person that&amp;#39;s</text><text start="270.16" dur="4.88">experiencing having</text><text start="271.68" dur="6.4">issues with accessing new websites which</text><text start="275.04" dur="5.92">to summarize it use new web technology</text><text start="278.08" dur="3.2">and the rendering engine in the browser</text><text start="280.96" dur="3.519">that</text><text start="281.28" dur="4.639">turns the pages that are downloaded into</text><text start="284.479" dur="3.121">something that you can see on your</text><text start="285.919" dur="4">screen and can click on</text><text start="287.6" dur="3.039">that rendering engine will be falling</text><text start="289.919" dur="3.121">behind</text><text start="290.639" dur="4">further and further but we&amp;#39;ve been</text><text start="293.04" dur="2.719">working on the solution as you know</text><text start="294.639" dur="3.441">we&amp;#39;re browser</text><text start="295.759" dur="3.281">and there will be a demonstration day of</text><text start="298.08" dur="4">the new</text><text start="299.04" dur="6.32">browser engine um</text><text start="302.08" dur="4.88">and uh it has progressed very far i can</text><text start="305.36" dur="2.24">use it here i can visit now for the</text><text start="306.96" dur="2.799">first time</text><text start="307.6" dur="4.64">in about one and a half years i can</text><text start="309.759" dur="7.041">local to pages like linkedin</text><text start="312.24" dur="8.08">and other pages that use so called html5</text><text start="316.8" dur="6.72">elements and so it&amp;#39;s working so</text><text start="320.32" dur="6.159">but more on that later um</text><text start="323.52" dur="4.32">as i said there will be a new uh warp</text><text start="326.479" dur="4.641">stock</text><text start="327.84" dur="6.16">um and we hope to do that in the third</text><text start="331.12" dur="6.48">week but that&amp;#39;s depending on covid</text><text start="334" dur="7.039">um i think that</text><text start="337.6" dur="3.92">the short version is you know how</text><text start="341.039" dur="2.16">fireball</text><text start="341.52" dur="3.119">is always two we&amp;#39;ve got a new browser</text><text start="343.199" dur="5.601">coming</text><text start="344.639" dur="7.441">kanoa is working on uh ue advice support</text><text start="348.8" dur="5.839">they&amp;#39;ve done a blog post on gpt support</text><text start="352.08" dur="3.76">there is usb 3.0 that&amp;#39;s now readily</text><text start="354.639" dur="4.801">available</text><text start="355.84" dur="5.919">so uh yeah i think that um</text><text start="359.44" dur="4.4">as community we&amp;#39;ve always been used to</text><text start="361.759" dur="4.401">well running a bit behind on certain</text><text start="363.84" dur="5.52">items but yeah we&amp;#39;re a small community</text><text start="366.16" dur="6.08">so uh people that i speak from</text><text start="369.36" dur="4.48">outside the os2 community are start="531.2" dur="3.199">and all of the accompanying device</text><text start="533.12" dur="3.6">drivers</text><text start="534.399" dur="4.321">um and releasing the operating system</text><text start="536.72" dur="4.72">which itself is a</text><text start="538.72" dur="4">gigantic gigantic task and then there&amp;#39;s</text><text start="541.44" dur="4.8">bitwise works</text><text start="542.72" dur="6.64">dmvh from um from</text><text start="546.24" dur="6.24">uh from austria and</text><text start="549.36" dur="3.919">it&amp;#39;s co-owned by sylvan sharer heric</text><text start="552.48" dur="4.08">bound fine</text><text start="553.279" dur="7.201">and dimitri uh</text><text start="556.56" dur="7.92">is my last name sorry</text><text start="560.48" dur="4">it&amp;#39;s dur="5.759">years is that</text><text start="572.32" dur="5.84">um the few applications that you can buy</text><text start="576.399" dur="3.12">in their webshop provide them their</text><text start="578.16" dur="5.6">sponsorship</text><text start="579.519" dur="7.521">is far from just that it&amp;#39;s it&amp;#39;s a</text><text start="583.76" dur="6.28">gigantic task in may</text><text start="587.04" dur="5.34">of this year they had already updated</text><text start="590.04" dur="4.359">160</text><text start="592.38" dur="5.7">[Music]</text><text start="594.399" dur="5.44">libraries and software all of the dlls</text><text start="598.08" dur="2.16">you&amp;#39;re currently using on your system</text><text start="599.839" dur="5.521">like</text><text start="600.24" dur="8.48">saba firefox thunderbirds cups</text><text start="605.36" dur="6.64">it all leans on libsy etc</text><text start="608.72" dur="3.28">so um</text><text start="613.92" dur="5.44">i can say that mostly everything besides</text><text start="616.959" dur="4.161">the operating system itself and its</text><text start="619.36" dur="5.12">drivers is made by</text><text start="621.12" dur="6.399">a bit wise i i can&amp;#39;t believe that way</text><text start="624.48" dur="6.32">every other bit of software</text><text start="627.519" dur="6">out there especially a new release of</text><text start="630.8" dur="5.2">current versions are made by us</text><text start="633.519" dur="3.521">of course there are some older pro</text><text start="636" dur="5.279">programs</text><text start="637.04" dur="6.32">like from the 90s or something</text><text start="641.279" dur="3.441">which still are usable to some degree</text><text start="643.36" dur="4.159">but everything new</text><text start="644.72" dur="3.679">comes from bitwise it&amp;#39;s just so that</text><text start="647.519" dur="4.481">everybody</text><text start="648.399" dur="7.041">would understand the amount of work we</text><text start="652" dur="6">have do because there&amp;#39;s no other parties</text><text start="655.44" dur="6">supporting osu in all these</text><text start="658" dur="7.05">libraries like xml libraries</text><text start="661.44" dur="4.959">like ffmpeg libraries like the</text><text start="665.05" dur="4.229">[Music]</text><text start="666.399" dur="4.481">development tools like the compiler the</text><text start="669.279" dur="5.441">gc compiler</text><text start="670.88" dur="7.12">and the vc library libsy</text><text start="674.72" dur="4.16">and all other tools uh the whole tool</text><text start="678" dur="4.16">chain</text><text start="678.88" dur="6.399">is just not there in terms of os2</text><text start="682.16" dur="5.119">and no one cares about those two</text><text start="685.279" dur="3.361">there is not a single developer out</text><text start="687.279" dur="4.401">there besides us</text><text start="688.64" dur="5.92">and people who help us</text><text start="691.68" dur="3.52">just a couple of other developers so</text><text start="694.56" dur="2.8">basically</text><text start="695.2" dur="5.12">everything besides the drivers and the</text><text start="697.36" dur="6.159">operating system itself is made by us</text><text start="700.32" dur="5.199">it&amp;#39;s really a lot of stuff i&amp;#39;ll i&amp;#39;ll</text><text start="703.519" dur="5.841">move to the next slide</text><text start="705.519" dur="6.081">um one of the things that we also try to</text><text start="709.36" dur="4.88">emphasize is that</text><text start="711.6" dur="3.359">i think from an outsider somebody that</text><text start="714.24" dur="4.64">starts to</text><text start="714.959" dur="7.041">compile for mostly linux code on os2</text><text start="718.88" dur="4.079">in most cases the compile system is you</text><text start="722" dur="4.32">could say</text><text start="722.959" dur="4.241">broken with that dimitri i think would</text><text start="726.32" dur="2.519">agree</text><text start="727.2" dur="4.48">what that means is that in a lot of</text><text start="728.839" dur="3.481">cases libraries are missing they&amp;#39;re not</text><text start="731.68" dur="4">current</text><text start="732.32" dur="4.639">or make files etc everything in some</text><text start="735.68" dur="3.839">cases needs</text><text start="736.959" dur="4.32">manual tweaking to get it compiling</text><text start="739.519" dur="5.041">which is all a very</text><text start="741.279" dur="5.041">time consuming effort uh since nobody</text><text start="744.56" dur="3.839">else is maintaining this stuff</text><text start="746.32" dur="3.199">except a few other people like paul</text><text start="748.399" dur="4.161">smedley</text><text start="749.519" dur="6.481">um and co from south korea</text><text start="752.56" dur="5.92">and uh albert paul but uh or greg young</text><text start="756" dur="6.56">but there are very few people that are</text><text start="758.48" dur="4.08">doing the bulk of the work so</text><text start="762.88" dur="6.72">just to demonstrate and to explain</text><text start="766.56" dur="5.6">why it takes so long sometimes</text><text start="769.6" dur="4.96">to have a new release of some new piece</text><text start="772.16" dur="5.679">of software it&amp;#39;s because of that</text><text start="774.56" dur="4.32">it&amp;#39;s because of there are only a few</text><text start="777.839" dur="4.24">people only</text><text start="778.88" dur="6.399">like two or three uh</text><text start="782.079" dur="5.601">developers working on this or that</text><text start="785.279" dur="3.36">library or project and they can be</text><text start="787.68" dur="6.32">really huge</text><text start="788.639" dur="5.361">and this is why it takes uh so much time</text><text start="794.88" dur="4.079">okay okay we&amp;#39;ll go to next in the</text><text start="797.44" dur="4.32">meantime</text><text start="798.959" dur="3.68">i&amp;#39;m just taking a small break here to</text><text start="801.76" dur="3.199">see on current one is really really</text><text start="858.8" dur="4.719">really old</text><text start="860.639" dur="4.481">uh but as i mentioned we have a lot of</text><text start="863.519" dur="4.641">other stuff to do and we</text><text start="865.12" dur="6.159">as uh since we didn&amp;#39;t</text><text start="868.16" dur="6.479">we didn&amp;#39;t need it uh ourselves</text><text start="871.279" dur="5.521">uh we didn&amp;#39;t care about that and</text><text start="874.639" dur="3.281">if there is a demand we will of course</text><text start="876.8" dur="3.76">have to work</text><text start="877.92" dur="4.719">on that especially if it will be a show</text><text start="880.56" dur="3.12">stopper for some other project or</text><text start="882.639" dur="4.56">something like that</text><text start="883.68" dur="6.959">but yes it&amp;#39;s uh it&amp;#39;s it&amp;#39;s</text><text start="887.199" dur="5.921">uh it&amp;#39;s a really uh</text><text start="890.639" dur="4.88">old version and it requires a boost</text><text start="893.12" dur="2.399">indeed</text><text start="897.36" dur="8.64">okay um as you&amp;#39;ve probably been aware</text><text start="902.079" dur="6.721">the um some of the projects that had</text><text start="906" dur="3.92">manpower really required to get to keep</text><text start="908.8" dur="2.8">it going</text><text start="909.92" dur="3.84">is all the work that has gone into the</text><text start="911.6" dur="3.76">whole qt project</text><text start="913.76" dur="3.519">one of the key things that as a</text><text start="915.36" dur="5.2">community we should really look at</text><text start="917.279" dur="4.56">is how can we use our resources more</text><text start="920.56" dur="3.68">effective</text><text start="921.839" dur="3.36">uh it was already decided about two or</text><text start="924.24" dur="2.8">three years ago</text><text start="925.199" dur="3.281">that firefox development had to be</text><text start="927.04" dur="4.799">suspended it was too</text><text start="928.48" dur="4.479">timing it too time intensive and it gave</text><text start="931.839" dur="5.601">too little</text><text start="932.959" dur="7.44">uh return bitwise works picked up</text><text start="937.44" dur="4.16">and started working on qd5 which is part</text><text start="940.399" dur="4.481">to also</text><text start="941.6" dur="4.08">port the web dll which is basically the</text><text start="944.88" dur="2.959">new</text><text start="945.68" dur="3.2">engine that translates incoming web</text><text start="947.839" dur="3.36">pages</text><text start="948.88" dur="4.24">in a website that can be displayed on</text><text start="951.199" dur="4.08">your screen</text><text start="953.12" dur="3.519">for that that has been a journey with</text><text start="955.279" dur="6">itself</text><text start="956.639" dur="5.841">um it required a new version of the gc</text><text start="961.279" dur="4.56">compiler to be</text><text start="962.48" dur="4.96">uh brought out uh paul smith had already</text><text start="965.839" dur="3.201">created the version but from what i</text><text start="967.44" dur="2.56">understood that required some more</text><text start="969.04" dur="4.32">patches to be</text><text start="970" dur="6.8">fine-tuned uh get that</text><text start="973.36" dur="6.88">into work uh you had to do updates to</text><text start="976.8" dur="4.719">lipsey for uh whitespace characters i</text><text start="980.24" dur="4">think they&amp;#39;re</text><text start="981.519" dur="3.12">yeah yeah this was one of the things</text><text start="984.24" dur="3.92">that</text><text start="984.639" dur="6.961">were required by the new qt</text><text start="988.16" dur="7.119">version and that were missing uh</text><text start="991.6" dur="6.56">from gc for years so and from libsy</text><text start="995.279" dur="3.761">for years so i had to uh make them</text><text start="998.16" dur="3.76">available in</text><text start="999.04" dur="3.919">libsy first and then gcc could also make</text><text start="1001.92" dur="4.08">use of it</text><text start="1002.959" dur="5.68">so yeah it was a long journey to get</text><text start="1006" dur="3.44">current version which is suitable for</text><text start="1008.639" dur="4.161">for</text><text start="1009.44" dur="6.639">for building qd5</text><text start="1012.8" dur="5.68">and that wa and there was more than just</text><text start="1016.079" dur="3.921">uh white character support there were a</text><text start="1018.48" dur="4.24">lot of stuff</text><text start="1020" dur="5.04">uh other stuff that was also missing so</text><text start="1022.72" dur="2.32">it was</text><text start="1028.88" dur="4.319">okay uh what was the last version of</text><text start="1031.36" dur="5.479">open office that was released was that</text><text start="1033.199" dur="7.36">417 or is there now a new version out</text><text start="1036.839" dur="5">uh i actually i don&amp;#39;t remember the last</text><text start="1040.559" dur="4.321">version start="1475.84" dur="4.48">what dmitry found out is that porting</text><text start="1478.48" dur="6.16">the</text><text start="1480.32" dur="7.12">phone browser will require to port a kde</text><text start="1484.64" dur="5.039">library from linux to osu and what was</text><text start="1487.44" dur="4.88">your estimate how long that would take</text><text start="1489.679" dur="5.761">it wouldn&amp;#39;t probably need a couple of</text><text start="1492.32" dur="5.28">months or something like that and it&amp;#39;s a</text><text start="1495.44" dur="3.359">wild guess without looking under the</text><text start="1497.6" dur="4.4">hood so</text><text start="1498.799" dur="6.561">it&amp;#39;s a it&amp;#39;s quite a big piece a big</text><text start="1502" dur="7.679">piece of software called kde</text><text start="1505.36" dur="7.52">framework which they did to</text><text start="1509.679" dur="4.961">support all other kde software so it&amp;#39;s</text><text start="1512.88" dur="4.72">quite a big and basic</text><text start="1514.64" dur="5.039">but something like two months and</text><text start="1517.6" dur="5.12">without any obvious benefit</text><text start="1519.679" dur="7.161">for other projects because uh</text><text start="1522.72" dur="7.28">it&amp;#39;s not widely used besides the kd</text><text start="1526.84" dur="6.6">world we don&amp;#39;t belong that works</text><text start="1530" dur="4.88">world so i don&amp;#39;t think it makes sense to</text><text start="1533.44" dur="4.719">spend these</text><text start="1534.88" dur="6.799">two months in our limited resources</text><text start="1538.159" dur="7.12">to port kd framework so this is why</text><text start="1541.679" dur="6.641">i think it&amp;#39;s porting</text><text start="1545.279" dur="4.961">falcon is not a good idea especially</text><text start="1548.32" dur="6.52">given that we have</text><text start="1550.24" dur="5.919">quite a nice start="1601.84" dur="4.16">dll set that does the work in the</text><text start="1604.08" dur="4.16">background in other words</text><text start="1606" dur="3.84">it&amp;#39;s not the browser that really matters</text><text start="1608.24" dur="4.64">that for it it&amp;#39;s true</text><text start="1609.84" dur="6.719">certain things like keyboard shortcuts</text><text start="1612.88" dur="7.279">and certain add-ons those things</text><text start="1616.559" dur="6.24">might be are are for a lot of people</text><text start="1620.159" dur="5.201">something that they would like to start="1640.48" dur="5.12">are requirements but the firefox values</text><text start="1644.399" dur="3.28">are 45</text><text start="1645.6" dur="3.84">will start to run into more and more</text><text start="1647.679" dur="4">trouble and i keep getting reports from</text><text start="1649.44" dur="4.08">other people as well that is simply</text><text start="1651.679" dur="3.12">becoming more and more difficult to</text><text start="1653.52" dur="5.2">display</text><text start="1654.799" dur="6.961">uh certain webpages from my experience</text><text start="1658.72" dur="5.679">the chromium engine is much more is much</text><text start="1661.76" dur="3.279">better than chromium engine on os2 and</text><text start="1664.399" dur="4.4">it&amp;#39;s</text><text start="1665.039" dur="6.401">already quite noticeable i would say</text><text start="1668.799" dur="5.201">even when i use this test browser on</text><text start="1671.44" dur="5.68">over to this test chromium browser</text><text start="1674" dur="6.559">using uh ut uh</text><text start="1677.12" dur="6.72">and the chrome imaging</text><text start="1680.559" dur="6.48">uh it&amp;#39;s it it behaves much</text><text start="1683.84" dur="6.8">better than firefox</text><text start="1687.039" dur="6.961">it&amp;#39;s it&amp;#39;s smoother it&amp;#39;s faster it</text><text start="1690.64" dur="5.52">and in case people missed it uh</text><text start="1757.44" dur="4">i&amp;#39;ve seen different results but to be</text><text start="1759.84" dur="3.36">honest</text><text start="1761.44" start="1829.52" dur="4.72">at the telegram</text><text start="1830.88" dur="7.039">program telegram is a</text><text start="1834.24" dur="6.4">is a what app replacement</text><text start="1837.919" free of charge and</text><text start="2141.52" dur="6.8">the binaries be available um</text><text start="2145.28" dur="4.16">i&amp;#39;ve recently together with erin schwent</text><text start="2148.32" dur="3.519">done some research</text><text start="2149.44" dur="4.08">and basically the browser funding has</text><text start="2151.839" dur="5.441">been funded more or less</text><text start="2153.52" dur="5.839">by between 50 and 70 loyal donators</text><text start="2157.28" dur="3.04">that have been donating the vast chunk</text><text start="2159.359" dur="4.081">of the money</text><text start="2160.32" dur="6.32">to get this project done and</text><text start="2163.44" dur="4.96">a lot of people are that&amp;#39;s their</text><text start="2166.64" dur="3.36">that&amp;#39;s their rights we don&amp;#39;t want to</text><text start="2168.4" dur="4.32">take that away from them</text><text start="2170" dur="6.64">but we recently analyzed the apache</text><text start="2172.72" dur="5.92">weblogs of rpmnetlabs.org</text><text start="2176.64" dur="3.199">and we&amp;#39;ve seen that in the month of</text><text start="2178.64" dur="4.32">august during</text><text start="2179.839" dur="3.921">summer break there were about five to</text><text start="2182.96" dur="4.32">600</text><text start="2183.76" dur="7.68">unique ip addresses of people using arc</text><text start="2187.28" dur="6.96">noaa package manager to download updates</text><text start="2191.44" dur="4.32">that&amp;#39;s a pretty stark contrast to how</text><text start="2194.24" dur="4.64">many people are donating</text><text start="2195.76" dur="3.12">so yes</text><text start="2199.76" dur="5.28">that needs to change and as i&amp;#39;ve always</text><text start="2202.079" dur="6">said free software doesn&amp;#39;t grow on trees</text><text start="2205.04" dur="5.68">uh we&amp;#39;ve already made quite clear</text><text start="2208.079" dur="4.401">from our point of view that porting</text><text start="2210.72" dur="3.119">software to os2 is not a matter of</text><text start="2212.48" dur="4.48">downloading the sources</text><text start="2213.839" dur="4.081">and clicking run or making compile it</text><text start="2216.96" dur="3.76">needs</text><text start="2217.92" dur="2.8">money for that</text><text start="2221.04" dur="4.64">it&amp;#39;s not yet set in stone let me first</text><text start="2223.92" dur="4">of all say</text><text start="2225.68" dur="4">the people that have provided</text><text dur="4.56">development of that will only go</text><text start="2334.96" dur="6.24">quicker within the next couple of years</text><text start="2338" dur="7.76">yeah yeah of course no doubt about that</text><text start="2341.2" dur="7.2">so the people that would then</text><text start="2345.76" dur="3.2">donated or would buy access for this</text><text start="2348.4" dur="2.16">would dur="6.24">a browser because yes</text><text start="3980" dur="4.88">having add-ons on the browser in a year</text><text start="3982.48" dur="4.48">time that will not render any pages</text><text start="3984.88" dur="4.159">the choice is yours that you either have</text><text start="3986.96" dur="4.24">to boot into a different platform</text><text start="3989.039" dur="3.28">and that&amp;#39;s where voice and bitwise works</text><text start="3991.2" dur="2.879">was the key</text><text start="3992.319" dur="3.601">element and we&amp;#39;re seeing more and more</text><text start="3994.079" dur="3.441">people that need to reboot to another</text><text start="3995.92" dur="4.159">operating system</text><text start="3997.52" dur="3.839">or to perform other tricks to access a</text><text very</text><text start="4011.28" dur="3.12">honest with</text><text start="4012" dur="4.48">were a secondary thing if you need to</text><text start="4014.4" dur="3.679">boot up your windows or linux box or</text><text start="4016.48" dur="4.879">grab your mobile</text><text start="4018.079" dur="5.921">to uh watch a website</text><text start="4021.359" dur="5.121">what is the use of an add-on that works</text><text start="4024" dur="4.64">in firefox 45</text><text start="4026.48" dur="3.44">yeah exactly and by the way as far as</text><text start="4028.64" dur="4.399">remember</text><text start="4029.92" dur="6.56">the author browser has</text><text start="4033.039" dur="4.56">an ad blogger built in so it&amp;#39;s not a</text><text start="4036.48" dur="3.44">plugin it&amp;#39;s a</text><text start="4037.599" dur="5.121">part of the browser which gives a lot of</text><text start="4039.92" dur="6.08">benefits in terms of performance and</text><text start="4042.72" dur="6.8">uh functionality i didn&amp;#39;t go</text><text start="4046" dur="6.64">deep in in that topic but it&amp;#39;s uh</text><text start="4049.52" dur="7.44">it&amp;#39;s at least there and it&amp;#39;s not uh</text><text start="4052.64" dur="7.439">it&amp;#39;s as good as the popular ad blocker</text><text start="4056.96" dur="7.359">plugging on chrome or</text><text start="4060.079" dur="8">firefox so we have that there and</text><text start="4064.319" dur="6.321">there might be other things</text><text start="4068.079" dur="4.24">built in like some password manager or</text><text start="4070.64" dur="2.479">something like that there is a lot of</text><text start="4072.319" dur="3.841">features</text><text start="4073.119" dur="6.24">in that browser with</text><text start="4076.16" dur="6.72">done as native extensions to</text><text start="4079.359" dur="6.96">the browser itself not as plugins but</text><text start="4082.88" dur="7.439">there is also a way to support</text><text start="4086.319" dur="8">the chrome web extensions which</text><text start="4090.319" dur="7.52">are basically plugins</text><text start="4094.319" dur="5.761">for for modern browsers which every</text><text start="4097.839" dur="4.32">modern browser supports right now and</text><text start="4100.08" dur="5.119">this we will have some</text><text start="4102.159" dur="6.16">at some point there is in the uh</text><text start="4105.199" dur="6.721">message uh roadmap from the author</text><text start="4108.319" dur="6.561">developer which states that this support</text><text start="4111.92" dur="3.68">will be added soon and of course as soon</text><text start="4114.88" dur="4.16">as</text><text start="4115.6" dur="6.719">it&amp;#39;s down there we will get it for
