even</text><text start="574.88" dur="8.11">targeted why is why is there this sense</text><text start="580.019" dur="5.611">that it's immoral because the pilot is</text><text start="582.99" dur="4.2">not there in an airplane well I think</text><text start="585.63" dur="3.12">you know the tribal areas in Pakistan</text><text start="587.19" dur="4.17">are subject to three forms of violence</text><text start="588.75" dur="4.589">one is the drone attacks by the</text><text start="591.36" dur="3.75">Americans and other is the Pakistani</text><text start="593.339" you know more</text><text start="601.529" dur="4.68">immoral than these other forms of</text><text start="603.17" dur="8.409">violence the issue with the drones is</text><text start="606.209" dur="7.261">that because they are they appear well</text><text start="611.579" dur="4.051">let me restate that the issue with the</text><text start="613.47" dur="5.64">drones is that they appear to be a</text><text start="615.63" dur="5.25">precise form of killing and so we have</text><text start="619.11" dur="3.74">these distinctions between civilians and</text><text start="620.88" case at the</text><text start="628.14" dur="5.58">end of the day there is a person that is</text><text start="629.91" dur="5.28">making decisions with the drones and you</text><text start="633.72"
