some of the applications pre-installed.</text><text start="12.8" dur="5.04">GhostBSD is a Unix-like operating 
system based on FreeBSD, with MATE  </text><text start="17.84" dur="5.28">as its default desktop environment and 
an Xfce-desktop community-based edition.</text><text start="24.72" dur="4">It aims to be easy to install, 
ready-to-use and easy to use.</text><text start="29.44" dur="3.52">The project goal is to combine security, privacy,  </text><text start="32.96" dur="4.48">stability, usability, openness, 
freedom and to be free of charge.</text><text start="42.48" dur="6.24">GhostBSD provides a simple desktop-oriented 
operating system based on FreeBSD with MATE,  </text><text start="48.72" dur="2.88">OpenRC and OS packages for simplicity.</text><text start="53.92" dur="3.5">GhostBSD has a selection of commonly used software  </text><text start="57.42" dur="3.38">preinstalled and required to start 
using it to its full potential.</text><text start="63.76" dur="5.84">GhostBSD uses the GTK environment to provide 
a beautiful look and a comfortable experience,  </text><text start="69.6" dur="5.12">on the modern BSD platform offering a 
natural and native, Unix work environment.</text><text start="77.12" dur="3.36">GhostBSD is built on top of FreeBSD code,  </text><text start="80.48" dur="4.48">and its roots go back to the University 
of California Berkeley Unix Research.</text><text start="85.68" dur="4.48">Historically it was referred to 
as &amp;quot;BSD Unix&amp;quot; or &amp;quot;Berkeley Unix.&amp;quot;  </text><text start="90.16" dur="4.32">However, today it is called BSD 
for Berkeley Software Distribution.</text><text start="98.16" dur="4.72">The First general availability 
release of GhostBSD was in March 2010.</text><text start="108.16" dur="8.48">Ghost BSD 21.04.27 uses OpenRC as is Init 
Software and supports UFS and ZFS file systems.</text><text start="122" dur="5.84">For Package Management Ghost BSD uses PKG.</text><text start="144" dur="2.08">here you can see the commands to install  </text><text start="146.08" dur="9.76">software from the command line 
using the PKG package manager.</text><text start="158.8" dur="7.12">GhostBSD 21.04.27 includes version 
13.0 of the free BSD kernel.</text><text start="169.2" dur="4.4">Some of the default applications of
