[Music][Applause]the key tool we've usedwas a structured series of case studiesbefore the training we've receivedimportant information on nationalcontext and ongoing budget supportcontractsand thanks to that we were able tostructure different casessometimes working on a small readinganswering questionssometimes using their knowledge of theirown institutionsto create mappings about processesongoing dialogue mechanisms informationflowsso these case studies truly help theparticipants feel immersed into theirown contextand be able to actually apply theirexperience and knowledgepractically to budget support in thegambiathe objective of these structured casestudies is to simplify the tasksso the preparation was important webasically dissectedthe country context the center contextthe buddhist people contractsin different shorter tasks so that theparticipantcould well work together on simple uhaspectsand then um bit by bitsor break by bricks rather lay upall of the structure that they wouldrequire to understand what budgetsupport meanshow it's applied in their country andwhat is their roleas national institutions in making it asuccess to support their policyimplementationin the end the participants were werevery clearthanks to these cases that their countrysystems are the heart of budget supportand their contract implementation andthey werethemselves able to construct umuh um a framework for coordinating theirinstitutionsdialoguing among the differentinstitutions the line ministriesthe parliament the minister of financeof courseinto preparing their dialogue strategicdialogue with delegation
