this one on top of them1 mac using the utm solution why utmbecause utm is the only solutionavailable to run powered pc machine onthe uh on your m1 mac well not poweredpc machine but paper pc to emulate ourpc processor right and also you can usethis one to emulate x86 and i have thevideo about windows 7 running on m1 macyou can watch this one as well and whyutm because utm actually provides thesolution like a template which we canuse torun our machine this template is reallyhelpful because this way we don't needto configure anything manually we canjust inject it into utm and it's gonnaknow exactly what do we need so let meshow you that so basically i downloadedthis from this utm page you need todownload it as you can see it alreadyhas all the configurations all you needto specify is the path to your mac os9.2.1 rom well 9.2.1 is the best onefor this specific casehere it says mac os 9.2.2 butdisregarded this actually mac os 9mac os 9 9.2 0.1 it just has the updaterto update to this later versionso let's actually go ahead and run thisone as you can see guys it saysarchitecture power pc and machine is mac99 base power mac so this is exactly theconfiguration that we need so let's goahead and run this one and see how itworks how it starts evenas you can see guys it's loading i lovethis logoit's starting up so let's actually goahead and install it and let's see if iteven works or notokay mac os9 okay i probably need topress that buttonall right mac os setup assistantyes let's actually go aheadu.s is uhwhat's your namenematic d now let's leave that time why it even has stole thatmac os let's try installation stuffcontinueyeah let it be like thatapproximate disk space required 263megabytes guys can you imagine thatwhat kind of options do you have forclean installationit's going to do it anyway becausebecause there is nothing elsenation disk already has micro they wantto reinstall reinstall it doesn't haveit installed what's what's the don't need this assistant this isjust like ridiculousall right guys so now it works and let'sseehow fast or slow it isprobably internet explorer not going toworksince there is no internet configuredyeah that's right maybe there's a way toconfigure it but i have no ideayeah i mean i love the micro s9interface just super coolokayit works it actually works quite fastmuch faster than windows 7that's for surecalculator2 equals to true 2 equals 1 false 2equals4 false okay perfect i love it and savequicktime playerlet's seeyou can install bunch of apps hereit's going to work just fine but ihaven't tried that quicktime settings 56modem of course of coursethat's the device i use for suresherlock too oh my gosh guys this oneused to be a really really powerful toolto look up on the internet like i don'tknow just search up for musicfor the videos for the text i guess justjust a universal tool for looking upstuff but right now it's just nothingin escape communicator folder let's seewhat's there in escape communicator wowit's installed hereby defaultnext next nextnextgoshcancelscrapbookis a place to keep photos and pictureswhat is that i have not used mac os9 fora whilefor at least few yearssince i recorded my videos about mac os9it's usable butit's old it's old and the only solutionfor running just likerunning at your games and micros9 that'sit but even game is not going to runperfectly well i've seen so many crashesand just likereally really unusable for manyusers just those days alright guys soyou can use mac os 9 on your m1 mac andjust show you how to install itreally really fast i'm just not sure whyit's sad that mac os9 was installed wellin fact it was not installed on the harddrive this was really confusing like whyi don't knowbut i have i was not the user of mac os9back in those days i only use use itlater i'm not really impressed bymicros9 i just like the interface butstability wise and performance wise imean it was never my favorite system inever liked it sorry but that's true butif you really really into mac os9and you want to try it go ahead andinstall it and utm is going to work soguys all you need to do is basicallyhave mac os 9 cd and installed in utmvirtual machine it's going to run justfine as you can see i'm not sure aboutthe sound i'm not sure about theinternet but for running simple gamesthat's probably going to
