<?xml version="1.0" encoding="utf-8" ?><transcript><text start="0.37" dur="5.159">[Music]</text><text start="2.47" dur="3.059">[Applause]</text><text start="6.84" dur="8.79">one small project that I like very much</text><text start="10.83" dur="7.289">that we selected in 2016 as part of</text><text start="15.63" dur="4.559">civil society organization local</text><text start="18.119" dur="4.23">authority call for proposal it was</text><text start="20.189" dur="5.521">proposed by the city of Danner which is</text><text start="22.349" dur="7.171">one of the four major city in Vietnam in</text><text start="25.71" dur="5.61">the central part of the country and with</text><text start="29.52" dur="4.23">this project the city of Danone was</text><text start="31.32" dur="5.52">requesting a you to support its</text><text start="33.75" dur="6.12">transition towards a solar energy</text><text start="36.84" dur="6.21">development is this is really great</text><text start="39.87" dur="5.61">because with this happening at a local</text><text start="43.05" dur="5.7">level Weiser school with the hospitals</text><text start="45.48" dur="4.86">with some selected households it has</text><text start="48.75" dur="3.69">really triggered interest from the</text><text start="50.34" dur="4.71">community and I think what is really</text><text start="52.44" dur="5.58">great about this project what I really</text><text start="55.05" dur="6.86">like is as a pilot project that we are</text><text start="58.02" dur="7.019">implemented at school level because</text><text start="61.91" dur="6.73">while raising attention and awareness</text><text start="65.039" dur="6.181">about renewable energies teach the</text><text start="68.64" dur="5.399">teacher and all the administrative staff</text><text start="71.22" dur="4.62">of the school took also the opportunity</text><text start="74.039" dur="4.951">to raise awareness with the children</text><text start="75.84" dur="8.15">about our consumption way about the</text><text start="78.99" dur="8.07">plastic waste about the use of efficient</text><text start="83.99" dur="4.659">resources natural resources and the</text><text start="87.06" dur="3.3">beauty of it is that the children when</text><text start="88.649" dur="3.72">they are going back home the educators</text><text start="90.36" dur="4.92">of parents and that is absolutely</text><text start="92.369" dur="5.971">fantastic on top of these the experts</text><text start="95.28" dur="5.25">working on the project which have been</text><text start="98.34" dur="5.4">the capacity of the private sector and</text><text start="100.53" dur="5.06">the policy maker are also now we&amp;#39;re</text><text start="103.74" dur="5.79">doing intervention at university level</text><text start="105.59" dur="6.279">to train the future engineer working in</text><text start="109.53" dur="6.06">the energy sector of Vietnam so it&amp;#39;s</text><text start="111.869" dur="6.39">very small local project again less than</text><text start="115.59" dur="5.94">400 thousand new rules three years and a</text><text start="118.259" dur="6.411">half but which makes a lot of sense in</text><text start="121.53" dur="3.14">the context of Vietnam</text></transcript>
