Bdragon660, it really is awing to see that. It knows bread is good, but fish is even better. The intelligence of crows never ceases to amaze me.

Their saying now that crows are as clever as apes and can think, and are aware of time!

I've seen crows use tools before, but I have never seen one first acquire food, and then use that food to obtain MORE food. That is beyond impressive.

I've never seen a crow with that much gray on it. Awesome video! I've seen a Green Heron do that as well. Birds are awesome.

@awwhellyeah1 i know that now, still thanks for clearing that up. back then i was only thinking about the birds in my area which are mainly the hooded crow (hence the grey=crow statement) and the carrion crow which is reffered to as a raven in general here.

crows are like Larry bird, so underrated but damn, they're sooooo smart.

How do they acquire those behaviors ? By imitation or just plain smarts! Or both. Very impressive,

this is fascinating what is the thing that the crow picks out of the water though?

@discrepancy666 Obviously you don't know dick about Corvids. Crows, Rooks, Ravens, Jackdaws, are all black. The only difference is that the Crow in this video is a hooded crow, which has different plumage to the rest of the family

looks accidental, like the bird dropped the bread on accident, then saw the fish, and went for it instead. But ravens, man those fuckers will steal your Porsche

Stupid bird. Learn to use a fishing rod. Sheesh.
