I started this workout back then in 2013 and now in 2015 instead of a six pack i have a 8 pack 💪 its hard the first 2 months but then you start to find it easy i had what i wanted by the first year of working out! This is just to let you know it works!

Hi all of you... Could anyone of you recommend me some good and proven weight loss program for my wife? She has big problem with obesity. She has tried different methods and trainings but no one really worked for her(last time she lost 13 pounds in about 3 weeks and now she is gaining pounds again). +Mega Child I eat in my hunger (as everybody without getting some weight) I am neither fat nor skinny, I am completely normal and I make english boxing, but I never make the exercices completly at my boxe class so I try to catch up with the exercises in the video  who are not very difficults (sorry if i speak like a retard i'm 14 french)

Maby you will be interested in this.I started this workout a week agoo and here are the resoults.i was flat:no belly no abs.And i took picture of my abs.I was doing this exercise like i said for a week and i could see diference but beraly.I ate everything but ate little.I ate fruit, vegetables,beans,chocolate,chips i mean everything.I think this exercise is good if you do it correctly.This is my second week and i hope the resaults would be even better.The only problem with this exercise in my opinion is that the pause last too much and my neck hurts like crazy.If i ate only healthy food i would be even more improved but i can't watch all of the delicious junk food in the house.I know a lot of you do not agree with me :)

guys ur not supose to have neck pain it mean you dont do it corectly or that you are very out of shape ( dont use ur neck...people that say their neck hurt are forcing wrong...dont try to avoid the disconfort of the exersice its there for a reason..ur not training ur neck ur training ur abs)

I weight about 90.. First time working out! When i do these it hurts my neck mostly and i can only do like 5-7 times of a single position.. I know im doing wrong cuz its my first time plz help me, motivate me cuz i have money to go to gym or buy a laptop but i cant go to the gym if i cant do them properly. My neck was hurting for the third part I recommend facing the cieling or doing the leg excercises its normal to not feel anything on your chest for the first 30 seconds but if it doesnt hurt after your doing everything wrong.

Anyone with a clue about bodybuilding knows Abs are made in the kitchen not a gym certainly no "ab workout" will give you abs, we all have abs you have to burn the fat off to be able to see them, do some cardio, lower your calories and carbs, and you will have abs, stomach fat is one of the last places you will lose fat. IT IS IMPOSSIBLE TO   BURN FAT IN ANY ONE AREA, YOU CAN'T TRAIN FAT! infant training abs will just thicken your stomach not decrease it because until you drop your body fat to under say 20 - 10% you will never see them, trust me take my advice, I came here to stop you falling for this bullshit.

+Elliott Kelsall Just because you feel a burn does not mean you are building muscle. If you want bigger abs you must work it just like any other muscle, and like I said you can't burn fat off in any one area of the body. It will take fat off in the reverse order it is put on, places like your stomach and glutes will be the last places fat comes off. And I know this doesn't work because I do not touch abs and i can see mine perfectly, Train abs and oblique will give you a thicker stomach and waist something I do not want. Look at it this way if it was as easy as doing an 8 minute work out every other day everyone would be walking round with a ripped stomach. If you want abs go running and/or lower your carb and calorie intake.

I'm same boat as you abs from low body fat and active core in compound lifts (I presume), just saying that for the majority who do not do those lifts (and presuming they have a decent body fat%), this is a perfectly acceptable abdominal session to begin from.

It won't. Get a proper diet. Pay attention to your macros and calories. A well build stomach alone won't let u look good either. Gym is the way to go

You can work you're abs everyday because is not the same as chest or legs there not a big muscle and you will stop you're belly from growing if you eat alot... Try it see if you feel comfortable with it, don't belive that overtraing BS!

I have the same belly as you do man. My school bus told me to run a lot, time yourself, drink water. He runs marathons. He's going to run this sunday... it's his 30th running... so in conclusion, run. Don't stop, burn those fats then do these cardiovascular excerises. Never give up. Never say, "No more, I'm tired." +Lee Sin Im not a pro but it is better to do bodyweight exercises like those workouts, but lifting low weights is not a big problem just dont take the heavy weights until your body stops growing ;)

Keep your neck straight looking in front of you, dont move it while doing the exercise because the body will try to use secondary muscles to hold the movement but you have to isolate the work on the abs

I do this exercise three times a day every day of the week and then I go to the gym 5 times a week to hit the different muscle groups. (back, chest, bi/tri, legs, shoulders) After the gym I usually do about 15 minutes of cardio. It has been working well for me!

This is far away from being a good plan. You need more rest that's where it muscles grow. Pay more attention to your diet its much more important.

3 times a week . Don't even think about doing more for one single muscles. Train your hole body. Watch diet keep cardio going for your heart and build solid muscles in the gym

You are 12, you honestly should avoid this kind of exercice, you'd better go out to do some sport instead, go in a swimming club for example, or any water activity, it gives a lot of muscles without being to "un-natural" (doing too much exercices like this may stop your growth)

+Lee Sin at first i would only eat something i like to eat so dont force you to eat sth u dont like secondly healtyh food for example vegetable and fruit and chicken or any other kind of meat (u should eat the extra meat only every second day) for the rest just eat the things u normally eat but maybe a bit more of it for example u normally eat 2 slices of bread at the evening just eat 3 dont take the things i said to serious thats no unchangeable plan u must hold on that just a proposal at last im not a fitness trainer i just want to help you with my experience good luck gaining :D !!!

These work outs are simple. You just have to have the strength in your stomach. Keep doing them and in time you will be able to do them without a problem!:) I been using Fitness Blender and thats how I got my AB strength!:)

This exercise do works........first week is all about enduring pain.....i was a slim guy and still had a lot of pain so i can imagine in ur case but within 3 months of  carring out this exercise i have got my abs out (of-course i do bit of cardio and  diet control).........so i suggest to do it 6 times a week, give 2-3 months and ur belly fat would be gone.....best of luck give ur best shot bcz otherwise it would just be enduring pain and getting nothing out of it

Tips for the beginners: 1. Dont start these workouts if you have some belly go and run outside to get rid of the belly and start because you won't notice any results. 2. You shouldn't rest while doing the abs workout because if you rest the muscles will pop out and we want them to sit there looking good. 3. its good to eat a teaspoon of sugar or a / banana before starting exercising it makes the blood flow faster and your muscles will hurricane longer. 4. don't do it at an age less than 16 or 18 it would Will damage your health/muscles/body. 5. dont give up it will take atleast 1-2 years to get the results you really want. 6. if you feel so much pain while doing one of the exercises stop it will burn your muscles do the half of the exercise if you really find it working. if it hurts like amazingly alot you need to stop. it would burn the muscles. 7. dont overeat at breakfast and at supper eat a little bit. at lunch you can eat how much you want. but at breakfast and supper eat a little bit. 8. dont eat and train any of the exercises its very terrible and will make your stomach in a terrible mood.
