+dunnow you just have to eat more, all exercise burns fat, and all you can do is to just eat more.. you should try supplements like protein powder if it's a problem. i went 15lbs up in just muscle mass in a few months after i started with protein shakes and eating more.

Anyone with a clue about bodybuilding knows Abs are made in the kitchen not a gym certainly no "ab workout" will give you abs, we all have abs you have to burn the fat off to be able to see them, do some cardio, lower your calories and carbs, and you will have abs, stomach fat is one of the last places you will lose fat. IT IS IMPOSSIBLE TO   BURN FAT IN ANY ONE AREA, YOU CAN'T TRAIN FAT! infant training abs will just thicken your stomach not decrease it because until you drop your body fat to under say 20 - 10% you will never see them, trust me take my advice, I came here to stop you falling for this bullshit.

+Devin Bachert Well like any muscle you work it gets bigger, so your waist will get bigger and thicker, Ulisses has probably balanced out his core with his upper body so it is in proportion, many Olympia bodybuilder do not have a V-taper, they are quite blocky, because they have large Abs and Obliques, where as people like Arnold had smaller waists.

+Endayy ^_^ Do not do this 2 times everyday, I repeat, DO not. Your body needs to rest and doing it that frequently may even harm your body and you definitely won't see results. If your body fat % is under 15% do this every other day with cardio (or weight training) and you can hope to see some results within a couple of months (WITH A PROPER DIET) But if you have a lot of fat covering you then it would be almost pointless to do this because you need to lose that fat for those abs to show! So with a proper diet, and doing this every other day after you lose body fat you should see results within more or less 3 months+ (Don't do the same workout for 3 months though your body will get used to it)

Every day... Your abs and your core are the only muscles that you should work on everday, because your using them all the time. All other muscles need a break to recover and grow.

Learn what it is, the theory behind it so you can understand what you are doing because you will be doing it. Join a keto/paleo group on facebook. Learn a recipe per week. Replace a meal per week with that recipe. Start with breakfasts, then snacks between meals, and finally main meals. The perfect spot is somewhere between keto and paleo. Keto eats any sort of shit as long as it's low carb. Paleo eats only unprocessed shit to the point of obsession. Both focus on being low carbs and high (HEALTHY) fat. Juicing one or even a few days is also a great way to reeducate your stomach into not being constantly hungry (because it's stretched from overeating). It'll be hard to endure a couple of days of feeling a bit hungry (or even keto flu) but it'll be worth the reeducation.

Are you kidding about twice a day? Do it 2 hours after a meal. Once every other day so around 4 times a week. If you workout, do it after your workout. If you do cardio, before your cardio. Go easy the first week. You don't need to go 30 reps. Go 15 or 20. Hope this helped.

If you wanna loose weight you have to eat at least 5-7 times a day but not a lot just small portions so your digestive system keeps on digesting your food much quicker because it believes that you will have your meal really soon but if you eat at least 3 times a day then your digestive system won't work fast because your system stores the food because it doesn't know when your next meal will be. anyway you can look that up further in detail. and If you wanna just get abs then you gotta go run as well because you have to burn that belly to see your abs and make sure you eat 2 hours before you sleep and stretch out before ur workouts.
