She has tried different methods and trainings but no one really worked for her(last time she lost 13 pounds in about 3 weeks and now she is gaining pounds again). I started this workout back then in 2013 and now in 2015 instead of a six pack i have a 8 pack 💪 its hard the first 2 months but then you start to find it easy i had what i wanted by the first year of working out! This is just to let you know it works!

Doing this extrecises first time and I couldn't do them all :L and I thought I'm good at abs extrecises. Anyway I'll keep doing this one for least a month and I hope to be at least able to finish the whole extrecise

Maby you will be interested in this.I started this workout a week agoo and here are the resoults.i was flat:no belly no abs.And i took picture of my abs.I was doing this exercise like i said for a week and i could see diference but beraly.I ate everything but ate little.I ate fruit, vegetables,beans,chocolate,chips i mean everything.I think this exercise is good if you do it correctly.This is my second week and i hope the resaults would be even better.The only problem with this exercise in my opinion is that the pause last too much and my neck hurts like crazy.If i ate only healthy food i would be even more improved but i can't watch all of the delicious junk food in the house.I know a lot of you do not agree with me :)

guys ur not supose to have neck pain it mean you dont do it corectly or that you are very out of shape ( dont use ur neck...people that say their neck hurt are forcing wrong...dont try to avoid the disconfort of the exersice its there for a reason..ur not training ur neck ur training ur abs)

it's not possible to burn fat in just a body region ( proved by science ). If you lose fat, you'll lose fat everywhere

I weight about 90.. First time working out! When i do these it hurts my neck mostly and i can only do like 5-7 times of a single position.. I know im doing wrong cuz its my first time plz help me, motivate me cuz i have money to go to gym or buy a laptop but i cant go to the gym if i cant do them properly. My neck was hurting for the third part I recommend facing the cieling or doing the leg excercises its normal to not feel anything on your chest for the first 30 seconds but if it doesnt hurt after your doing everything wrong.

Oh well! since i have stubborn visceral fat, I'm going to do this 5 days a week,(Mon-Friday),twice a day (Morning and Evening/Night) and i guess I'll get a fat belly and abs. You see, i used to be 165lbs,well,my weight used to fluctuate,between 150 an 166,depending on how i eat, but it has never gone above 166.I also didn't has any abs, but a slight pouch. But i got ill for a while, and because of it, i wasn't able to jog 5-6 days a week and do my press ups, i was just at home, and I'm a bit greedy,i eat a lot.So i piled on the weight,which i myself didn't realize how much, until i checked, and it was at 230. Well, i started dieting,(which was hard), and was eating mostly fruit and vegetables and trying to avoid  things like rice or other starchy,sugary food,and trying to limit carbohydrates or high calorie intake. I tried jogging again,but wasn't able to do it consistently like before or as long as i would like, or walking when i couldn't jog.I noticed that my weight was slowly going down.Last time i checked in February it was 187.Which brought me here.Because although i'm losing the weight, it doesn't seem as if i'm losing it from my gut, it seems as if it's just my thighs/legs,because i've droped several pants size, but my shirts still are tight.Pants that used to fit me before i pile on the weight are fitting me now, while the shirts can't, and now i seem to have that funny shaped, you the type,with skinny legs and pot belly?

If your neck hurts you're not doing it right. You need to straighten your legs and have them held cuz you're moving your neck not your lower body

+Brian Kenilworth is right!! if you want a flat stomach, you should run, do cardio, jump rope, swim and so on.. doing abs workout doesn't mean that you'll burn fat only on the stomach.. good luck and don't give up!

No need to do that much abs on your age, because it may cause trouble gaining height, do other workouts, stretches ,etc

It won't. Get a proper diet. Pay attention to your macros and calories. A well build stomach alone won't let u look good either. Gym is the way to go

You can work you're abs everyday because is not the same as chest or legs there not a big muscle and you will stop you're belly from growing if you eat alot... Try it see if you feel comfortable with it, don't belive that overtraing BS!

I like the 80's version of 8 minutes abs better, this feels too easy with all those rests. And the last exercise is weird as fuck.

Hey guys, I have got questions. I want to make 6 packs to lose the weight. I'm on a 15 stone so if I follow the video would it help me to lose the weight?  How long will it take me to make 6 packs in how many months?  how many times I need to do the exercises in a day? You say in your video description that having toned ab muscles causes fat to be burnt in the ab area. Isn't spot fat reduction a myth? At any rate, I enjoy these workouts that you have made. I'm making steady progress doing them each week. Thank you!

This is excellent. Started eating chicken, rice, fruit and vegetables, nothing else, do 4hrs/day of skateboarding instead of cardio and finish up the day with this. Just a few days of swapping out pizzas and sitting on my ass all day made a huge difference. I can't believe this is free to be honest.

I do this exercise three times a day every day of the week and then I go to the gym 5 times a week to hit the different muscle groups. (back, chest, bi/tri, legs, shoulders) After the gym I usually do about 15 minutes of cardio. It has been working well for me!

This is far away from being a good plan. You need more rest that's where it muscles grow. Pay more attention to your diet its much more important.

My neck and back hurt more than my abdominals...can anyone explain why? I've been trying really hard to get my form right but my neck still hurts regardless during the workout, normally I have to skip like 10 reps just cuz my neck can't handle it. Anyways to prevent this?

+Jordi Albers hi i am 15 y .o. too. i do this abs workout /pushups/chinups and exerceises with dumbells . will exercising with weights[6 kilo] affect my grownth and cause me back problems?btw as i mentioned i do exercises with low kilos and do more reps

+Lee Sin Im not a pro but it is better to do bodyweight exercises like those workouts, but lifting low weights is not a big problem just dont take the heavy weights until your body stops growing ;)

Im 12 and i weigh like 150 ponds and ive been eating healthy and all but i read a comment where it says that this workout stops your growth is this true or not? I want a flat tummy and i run for about 10 mins every day and i go on the eliptical for 10-30 mins everyday so how long would it take me? Thanks XD

3 times a week . Don't even think about doing more for one single muscles. Train your hole body. Watch diet keep cardio going for your heart and build solid muscles in the gym

You are 12, you honestly should avoid this kind of exercice, you'd better go out to do some sport instead, go in a swimming club for example, or any water activity, it gives a lot of muscles without being to "un-natural" (doing too much exercices like this may stop your growth)

I have the same belly as you do man. My school bus told me to run a lot, time yourself, drink water. He runs marathons. He's going to run this sunday... it's his 30th running... so in conclusion, run. Don't stop, burn those fats then do these cardiovascular excerises. Never give up. Never say, "No more, I'm tired." You gotta feel the pain. Ever heard about "Pain or no gain"
