@Theshofumiah1 What I was saying is some Chinese people would treat the animals cruely, not allof us like to be cruel. And I hate to see those things happen either. It is a shame to Chinese people. But the way how a person treating animals is not really depend on the nationally of the people.

@Theshofumiah1 Only older generation people in China. But regions like Hong Kong, Macau, and Taiwan is prohibited. Western people always misunderstand we chinese people treat cats and dogs cruely because we eat them. It's only SOME people eat them, not all. But I guess it is bad enough!!

@Theshofumiah1 not here to backup Chinese people because I am Chinese. This is just my perspective. Obviously it is very sad to see animals being abused.

You can't say we all Chinese people are cold-blooded, it is really preference. Just like there are cold-blood people in western nations. Canadaian would hunt for baby seals, American/Canadians slaughters abuse the animals in farm factory, Japanese would slaughter doplins and whales for food, etc.

@kinwai27271 No. ur wrong my friend. I have seen countless videos of cats and dogs on you tube an on other websites where the animal was brutally tortured and skinned alive. it was disgusting and very sad to see. the chinese men that we secret filmed wer saying that if the animal is tortured the meat of the animal is more tasty as the meat gets bruised, it gets tougher.

you are right, i mean you can't just say that the Chinese are horrible because they eat cats and dogs, i mean, sure they do but, that doesn't mean all chinese eat that!a lot of the Chinese would be very hurt if you said that to them,no one is perfect at all, many of us ahve very different traditions, also, if you think eating dog and cats are bad well then how about eating a pig? isn't that even worse?
