I did lvl 1 and lvl2 two weeks each how long should i do lvl 3? Should I do that for 2 weeks then start over and keep repeating?

I did it for the first time! I did lvl 1 for 2 weeks and lvl 2 for another 2 weeks every other day. This was goood. Will keep doing this!

If you need a break pause the video and do some push-ups that's what I'm doing. Do 1 phase and then do 3 sets of different width push-ups. The jump from level 2 to 3 is pretty big so I did a combinations of level 2 stuff for a few months to work up to this level. Shit works my abs look like underwear model :)

level 4 should just 8 minutes of the iron cross (lay down on your back with your legs straight 4 inches of the ground, your back 4 inches off the ground, and your arms straight out, off the ground.)

If you've been doing level 2 for a while, and you decide to try level 3, be aware, that you should start with 30 reps instead of 50.. it would be like level 2.5, because the jump from level 2 to level 3 is really tough.

I completed level 2, after 2 weeks and later i tryied level 3, but after training i had a backache (in lower and chest parts) so i got back to the level 2 now level 2 is too easy for me, but i still feel pain after completing level 3 Should i practice my back or just excercising more at level 2?

It's highly possible you did something wrong in lvl 1 and 2, if you, after doing those two combined, can't do 3 properly.. Copy the dude's movements to the max

I have been doing level 1 & 2 combined everyday for a month and a half now without breaking a real sweat. I tried level 3 and its impossible for me! I only get like 20 at the most out of 50, wait until the dude hits 30 and then do like another 10 or more. Should I keep pushing it or return to something else? Please respond, I'm dying out here!!!
