hi, today i made this dish today but my dish has become a very bitter. I made it for only one person, one big piece of salmon & one table spoon of mustared see. Is that because of huge quantity of mustard my curry has ?

Sorry we Bengalis do not add onion in this particular dish because it may destroy the original aroma of mustard.

i really like your style ,its very simple and looks clean but can we use anything else,instead of yougurt as we don't use any dairy product with fish. the purpose of yogurt is to make it sour right ,how about lime juice or something you suggest.
