Son I'm proud of you. I'm 50 but have always stayed in good shape just because I start to hate myself if I start to slip and put on a few pounds. I preach a lot to your generation to stay fit because your generation is the most unhealthiest so far with more obese kids then ever. This is because of all the available fast easy foods and the computers and video games etc. In my day we went out on the street and played football after school, not sit at home playing video games. I'm glad you made the change NOW instead of later. It gets harder as you get older. And it's a LOT easier to KEEP in shape than it is to try and GET in shape when you're so out of shape. Don't lose all that hard work... make this a permanent change in lifestyle. Don't deprive yourself of goodies sometimes just STAY ACTIVE and you CAN cheat on the goodies and get away with it! Best of luck! I bet NOW you're getting the chicks attention huh?

Okay, I am 16 and I weight 228. In the picture of you sitting down with your man boobs like that big you weren't no 210. That is like 260 at least. I don't even have man boobs and my stomach isn't even big.

I'm currently 240 pounds.. I diet, (heavy) lift daily, run as much as my skinny friends, but I barely make any progress. I barely eat, I workout pretty much every minute I have free time, but I am making very slow progress. Any tips?

Don't listen to these retards. Stick to what you are doing. It took me 6-7 months to lose only 56 pounds. But it's not always consistent. Sometimes there will be like 4-3 weeks were you will lose nothibg. And then one week you will lose like 8 pounds. Stick to what you know. Don't listen to others.

dont stop your food bro change it i mean take all the bad stuff like burgers,sandwiches,pizzas,coca-cola etc and throw them away.Eat healthy food and dont mix karbs with proteins this kombonation will make you even more fat.

Good job for getting down to your ideal weight man. But for me I don't understand why anyone would wanna weight 132lbs. If you're 215lb and looking that fat there's something wrong bro haha. To much fat on to small a frame I looked like you when you were 215lb and I was 287lb... My frame is just huge tho and its a a probably 60% fat 40% muscle you know? If I got down to 230-240, I'd look good. But for you it's at 132 haha. Weird how people's body's work regarding fat etc

Man you inspire a lot of people. This video is the proof of that. I struggled against heavy weight since my 12, and i was winning, but I blew my knee , shoulder and right foot playing football. But the battle continues and I will recover my self steem and lose every pound of fat I won after that. You gave me the aswer that is possible to do it, so congrats on your new achievement. Same thing I was thinking. No abs, no chest, no leg day. All I can see is biceps and shoulders. I wouldn't call him 'muscular' but he's better than an average person. He's not really skinny, maybe a tiny bit below average. It's more just losing a lot of weight. I do workout but I'm no bodybuilder or expert.

Just do upper body so heavy workouts if you are around your 20s or if you are in your teens do light workouts

Thirst of all, my deeply respect that you changed your life this way because it's so sad to see young people lost in their lives because of the weight issue, riding on a downhill train not able to get off. You did it and that awsome, its true, there are 3 major things necessary to lose weight and a diet is not 1 of them. 1 it begins with motivation, finding the will to change your life, try to find out why you eat as much as you do, what brings it for you? 2 exercise is the key for losing weight, i never saw an marathon runner with obesitas. 3 believe in yourself no matter what other people say because you have such more strenght in you as you think you have... Stay away from Mc Donalds and just eat normal but healty food, miracle diets don't excist and if they work it's only temporary, you have to change your lifestyle and not only your eating habbits. Obesitas is just as any other addiction and should be handled the same way

OHMYJESUS Lol I'm 13 yrs old 5ft 9in and weigh like 202 pounds this.... this makes me sad.... although i lost about 2 or 3 pounds without kinda realizing it though....

when I was 13 I was 6'1" 250 lbs, I ran every day and ate less, and I lost 50 lbs in about 4 months.  It was worth it, but I lost weight the wrong way.  Instead of changing my diet, I ate the same stuff but less of it.  What I should have done instead was increased my protein while cutting out simple carbohydrates like cookies, white bread, etc. My blood pressure also got so low from losing it quickly that I had to see a cardiologist, so in hindsight I would have lost weight at a slower pace.
