One; she use to be a pro body builder herself, I think she might still have a bit of strength in her, Second; He is doing at least 90% of the work in getting that bar up, have you ever spotted a buddy where all you had to do was lift the bar up a bit with your hand to help him out in that last rep, well that's kinda what she did, if the dude would of been totally taped out she wouldn't have been able to do anything..

Do take note that he was increasing weight everytime, so not every set was heavy considering he kept the same amount of reps with 3/5 of the exercises.

I am well aware of that, and i was simply stating that he was surprisingly weak for his size. I probably have more knowledge in both sports than you do, so drop the whole "the dude is fucking strong" bullshit, he weighs like 300 pounds and to be struggling with 320 on the bench for sets is embarrassing.

These kind of workout are only for Pro they can do it under an hour, one of my friend tried and it took him almost 2 hour to finish that workout routine
