I have a ashdown electric blue 180 combo is a 1x15 and I know I can add a cab to it.. So does anyone know of any cheap cabs I can add to it?

First make sure the impedence is correct on whatever you choose. I know this phrase is used a lot but it depends on what sound your after. Another 1x15 wont necesarily add any more bottom end. Looking for slap? maybe one with a tweeter horn setup to broaden that frequency range. As a bassplayer learning to produce electronic musica helped a bunch, rid me on some of the guitar/bass voodoo that is much injected into the industry. best bet is to go for the whole frequency range so maybe a 2x10 with horn s best and tailor through a pre amp.

Ashdown ABM Mini 4x8? They're discontinued now, but you might be able to find one secondhand.

Cool vids man! Where can I find the pedalcase?

I love the fact that those Vanderkley cabs are so compact, but they're too pricey for me. They're like $800 each + whatever the shipping overseas would cost. *sigh* Maybe some day....

Alfonso: the LMII has two speaker outs so you can connect either one 4 ohm, or two 8 ohm cabs. one output is an XLR/jack combi, the other only jack. Skate: the LMII is 500W, the 250....250W. Scott: good to hear that i'm not the only one who hates to have to ask people at a (sub) gig for a hand. I used to play a SWR Henry the 8th but i switched to a VdK 2x10 and 1x12 for exactly this reason! It might have started of as a compromise but i couldn't do without my VdK's anymore.

I have a question. How do you plug in the 2x12 speakers to the amp. As far as I know the amp only has one speaker output.

Scott, I've been looking around for a Little Mark II but I can only find the Little Mark 250. Are they one in the same?

Great videos Scott! Would it be too much to ask for some sound samples of all the pedals in your pedal video? Cheers

I'm working on a new amp, but in the meantime the GenzBenz Streamliner 900 would fit nice with your cab.

I was lucky enough to win a 2x12 vanderkley cab from I bass mag and I have to say it sounds amazing! I have a quick question, do you know of any light heads that will power 1000 watts. At the moment I have a Warwick X-Treme 10.1 which I love and it sounds great but it weights about 27KG and its a bit of a pain to carry around. So is there anything lighter that would still get me a good tone?

yea exept it isn't a XLR/jack combi but a speakon/jack, for 'neutrik nl2fc' for exemple

Have y0u looked a the Bergantino cabs? A bit less expensive than the Vans, but just as tasty I'd say.
