Sage Canaday IHOP Pancake Challenge: 18 pancakes followed by 800m Run

by Vo2maxProductions • 7,908 views

18 pancakes at IHOP (plus 2 eggs and hashbrowns) and then 20min later running an all-out 800m on the roads in the Brooks Cascadia trail shoe. No puking. or shitting

18 pancakes is really impressive. I'd be happy just to eat the pancakes. For the 800, I would probably run like 3 minutes lol.

you should try the running challenge my friends and I came up with in high school... We called it the "Monster Milkshake Challenge".... Drink a 32oz milk shake (we did two small 16oz's from Cold Stones to form the Monster Milkshake) and then run an all-out mile right after!... Rules are: Must finish entire drink and keep it down for the race. You must run an extra lap for every time you puke.

That's some hardcore stuff. I hate eating right before I run :(

First of all, how do you manage to eat 18 pancakes, scrambled eggs and hashbrowns?!

Wow even with a 20 minute break 18 pancakes and a egg and hash meal would probably come back up me stomach with an all out 800 effort XD I wanna puke with an all out half mile with nothing in my tummy lol

I puke if I even eat an energy bar before a run.You must have a STOMACH OF STEEL bro!

@AwesomeRants thanks, yeah eating right before a run is not recommended.

@oconrunner that sounds awesome. love milkshakes and I used to work at Cold Stone. I would imagine that the 2nd one would be pretty tough to get down fast. What kinds of times did you guys put down?
