this did not help because I was looking to understand calculus not be shown how clever you are.
This video is NOT good for you if you wanna learn Calculus.. it's only good for you if you had calculus before and wanna review it
1:00 "We can do lines"   Someone's been doin lines. lol.  But seriously buy the course he's amazing.

The best way to study Calculus, if all you have is 20 minutes.
Got a final coming up tomorrow and this seems to be helping a lot.  This won't teach anybody, at least in my mind, but my fellow commenters are right when they say this is a great review.
this actually made me laugh throughout the video LOL  good review before the AP exam tmr
I think this video is helpful to those who have already studied pre-Calculus and at least the basics of derivatives. This could actually serve as a quick reviewer for like an upcoming quiz or something. It's pretty cool that you can do this much in 20 minutes. You can pause the video anyway. I like it!
MOAR GLASS BREAKING NOISES
its cool that all that info could be summed up in 20 mins but if you're trying to TEACH us something, you're not if your gonna talk that fast. Slow & Steady wins the race.
On the contrary, I'm brand new to calculus and found it extremely helpful. Learning something new with no idea how it's going to be applied is like learning to drive a new route with a blindfold to a destination you're not yet aware of. This way I can see where I'm going and can appreciate the logic of how I get there. Of course it's super generalized, but there's plenty of other resources to help with the explanation/application of any concept in here. Also, there's a pause button :) All that to say, THANKS for the awesome video! And whoever suggested the coffee... not a bad idea either :)
lol,Great revision
It's really funny how people learning calculus think that this is the way to learn it. This video is really aimed towards an audience that already understands calculus, but just need to review or need to refresh some concepts!
dude............:)
My teacher never explained calculus to me this much!
this is such a treat after completeting 3 series of calculus and then coming back here to watch the video.
You was just awesome
This is awesome for reviewing calculus, I can't imagine it would be as helpful learning calculus, however.
This is humorous but unfortunately the only people who get the joke already understand calculus.  For real students struggling with the beauty of Calculus, they should go elsewhere.
That was dope. Great refresher for Calc 2.
wow only 30k went on to view part 2. Did anyone actually think they could understand The Calculus in 20 min? This is a parody of instruction. I find it quite entertaining. Maybe I'm just a NERD!!
learn calculus in 20 minutes? the video isn't even 10 minutes long. dislike.
Do not invite that guy for dinner!
This sucks! I've taken all the math classes except multi variable, and I haven't been in school for a while and thought this would be a good refresher and I just feel worse! Now I feel like I really don't remember anything and have so many questions! Uuuggghhhhh
All I heard is 'ok, no problem'
The part with the little hands, 3:11, oh god my sides will never be the same.
So happy I have a pause button ha.
this is way to oeasy. its pretty much what i took in my college algebra class :c
Good thing there’s a pause button.
Thank you Sir
I lost it when he brought out the hand pointers lol
I understand everything so far until 6:10, how did he get 9x^2+0 in the equation ?
Is your purpose really to teach calculus?
Hmm so this is how a geek feels like....... >-<
I feel bad for anyone taking notes.
Terrible sound effects ruined this video
omg hahahahahahahaa amasing
The shattering glass really helps with understanding
"Computers know calculus! everyone knows calculus! you have to know calculus!"
holy moly
Its 2 in the morning, what am I doing with my life
I watched this 20 minute video, I am now a master at calculus.
………..okay…………what?
this really works as a review rather than a lesson :) ap calc test tomorrow so i need to cram lol
Going over calculus in 20 minutes is not the impossible; that would be eating fried rice with chopsticks.
Your talk runs like a horse.
"Time keeps on ticking into the future"
OMG, what I've been learning this time is what's in the video! But I never knew it was calculus! My teacher made me memorize the formula' And there's a pattern to every problem, but I've never knew the terms to all of it. again, OMG

"Computers know Calculus!  Everyone knows Calculus!  You gotta know Calculus!"
Well now I know that calculus is not for me.
I was eating grapes when I watching this video. I tried my best to follow him, but I choked when it almost done, and I coughed for almost 2minutes
0:59 The only lines he's been doing are lines of speed.
how many damn windows does this guy have!?
This guy thinks he so cool because he knows calculus ;]
Great video! Hate when teachers/professors talk slow and repeat the same stuff over and over, gets too boring.  Thinkwell cuts through the bs and get right to the point.
the smart man in the video happens to be professor edward burger
i would rather watch i series of learning colculus than re watching this 8 time
lol...I agree
So easy, Just plug in for X and remember vocabulary.
wow impressive! i got dizzy after 9 minutes
the only think i can say is wow
This is the reason I'm not allowed to buy redbull anymore. Laughs out loud, cool video.
i feel bad for the janitor
I felt really intrested in finding out how calculus works but he completely lost me at 0:12....
Slow down bro..we know you're a pro, but see we're learning!
Lol that's hilarious
calculus is really simple its just algebra with extra rules and i really wish my teacher was like this i would have gotten over a 3 on my AP exam...
holy crap i still cant factor how the hell am i gonna do this
Must have a lot of windows...
Bill Nye can even make meth fun and educational.
im still lost lol
The 3rd Fine Brother.
..woah
@cadvendano Nope, this is actually a summary of Calculus AB that is found at the beginning of our Calculus BC course. We don't have a Calculus 3 course. :(
2+2=cheese
if this would be this simple, i'd be jobless and the department of analysis would be a buffet instead (im a mathematician student)
From No Knowledge to some idea in 5 minutes. Not too Shabby! We'll be watching ALL videos. You will be thanked when the engineering degree is in hand.
I have a calc exam coming up soon, wish me luck. I'll be doing problems like a madman.
i agree that practice makes perfect. i didn't practice in high school and it did not go to well.you really just have to focus really hard
@kironkabir If you click the link below the video, it takes you to where you can watch the entire 20 minutes for free.
@ceberusbotcatcher i watched it right after, oops
@ShipMonster I dunno where you got that from. Newton developed Calculus in a period of intense study at his home between 1664-1667. He did develop the gravitational laws because he was challenged to. That was much later though.
this man is a genius
@accistset He is an amazing instructor. We love to share our lectures with our YouTube community. Our students love their professors so we figure everyone else will too!
Calculus would be so much easier if this guy was on sesame street when i was a kid.
Man, you are a genious! Thank you for sharing this video!
This guy still talks slower than my calc. professor.
wow no voice cracks
Loved it ! Thank you very much.
all i got was blah blah blah blah done.
this guys is a boss
What math goes on in my body when I'm working out?
I'm only 13 but I thought I'd last a little longer than 15 seconds.
Hehehe taking trig. At 10th grade honors :D
This man is fun and informative, but this is what happens when teachers are housed up to long. Just kidding. Thank you for the lesson. Please post more.
love the way you speak :D
So.... finals tomorrow?
