That's a really cool trap and i can really see how it would work especially if it was placed across the burrow that way if the rabbit wanted to get home it would have to pass that first *mooha ha ha ha* well explained as well MAKE SOME MORE please

I was just thinking the other day..."what would be a good way to catch a human" and as if by magic I come across this video. Looks like I might meet that special friend after all.

Loved it, but next video should be you teaching us how to make it :p

When you brought it up close, I realized how it actually worked ^^. The stick is holding the momentum of the tree, which has the snare tied to it. The rope from the stake to the notched peg is as tight as can be. When something touches it, it releases the stick (by making the notched peg extend towards the stake) and the stick holding the snare is pulled up. It's a smart and well thought out design. 5/5

1 thing, add a notch under the knot for the loop on the stick, so if you caught game on that, the string won't just slide off, and you loose your dinner. great eitherwise

There you go. That's a good design. One small suggestion I have is to attach the noose directly to the tension line so there is no risk of one of the knots slipping off the stick. Perfect otherwise.
