Hi all of you... Could anyone of you recommend me some decent and proven weight loss program for my wife, you have used, or you know someone used it and it was successful ? She has huge problem with obesity. She has tried different methods and trainings but no one really worked for her(last time she lost 13 pounds in about 3 weeks and now she is gaining pounds again). If anyone knows any decent and reliable weight loss program, please suggest! Thanks in advance people :) It would mean a lot to ,me and my girl :)

+Dragan Krstic I can't really speak for ladies but over the last 5 months I have lost over 30 pounds using a free app on my phone called "Fitness Pal" All you have to do is enter in what you eat throughout the day and it will calculate the calories from fat, carbs and protein. Its really VERY easy to use (you can scan barcodes on food packaging or just type it in) but you need to be HONEST and enter in EVERYTHING you eat even if its just the dressing on your salad or the sugar in your coffee. The app will give you a target amount of calories per day for a certain amount of weight loss. This app really educated me as far as whats in the food I eat and how to do portion sizes, etc. At the end of the day unless your girl has some kind of health issue, it really just comes down to the amount of calories being consumed. One thing you can do to help is make sure you don't have a lot of cupcakes, chips, and other snack food laying around the kitchen as it was VERY difficult in the beginning to fight the instinct to grab a bag of Fritos when they are right there, but after a while she will get tired of having to type those 'bad' foods into the Fitness Pal app and she will eat an apple or have a cup of yogurt instead. My best advice is to have her set a conservative weight loss goal on the app and gradually replace unhealthy foods with healthier choices. If sets a very aggressive goal and restricts too much then her body will start to crave certain foods and she will end up going overboard and eating large amounts which will cause her to gain weight. Its okay to eat a little bit of junk food on occasion but buy single serving pouches of chips or cookies and ONLY eat 1 at a time. Eating healthy is important and she will maintain or lose weight by dieting but exercise is also a key issue. Suggest that she goes for a 30 minute walk in the morning BEFORE breakfast to boost her metabolism through the day. She will feel better and will create healthier eating habits and eventually reach her goal weight.....

If you experience neck pain you aren't doing the exercise right. May skip every second action to make it slower and to put more stress on the AB muscles to build up more strength. If you experiences extrem neck pain you should go back to the level 1 workout just to build up some more strength. (That will more then likely not build up more muscle size but it will give your ABS more strength for the level 2 exercises and will therefore protect you from damaging your body and a more efficient muscle size build up later on) "First the strength, then the muscle"

Yup! =) but I suggest also doing resistance abs workouts, like planks, to gain strength, I feel like these are more of toning and cardio and moderate strength training. Planning goes for the entire core. Especially if you do side planks etc!

+Bako Kay it can be that you cant have a six pack. your "vehen" (sry im german :D) mustnt be on your abs, so you can do this workout all two days, you want so a reason. i eat everything what my mom cooks to, but i have a sixpack, so the eating isnt so import, i think :)

I'm on only 11 and I think its never to late to stop dreaming and to lose weight just have your wife run everyday 2 miles I workout every day for 1 hour and I have gain 50 pounds but I am getting better

+Nerek987 You must be talking about the "Double Crunch." Hold on to the back of your thighs with your hands when you start to extend your body out to help support yourself. I do this when I feel tired doing this exercise.

at the same time, so one is when you move up, 2 is when you go down, all you have to do is listen for the timing and follow it. 8 minutes each would kill XD

+Mert cocelli i used to have a lot of fat belly, my hips were gone. I started eating clean, which means I strictly erase white flours, sugar and junk food like rice, noodles, juice with sugar. I train with empty stomach first thing in the morning, ate breakfast at 10 am, a lot of fruit and some eggs, not all the yolk. Then lunch before 6pm. Did some cardio. I've eating clean for 2 weeks, working out with YouTube for one week now, cardio and abs, a little of bum, workout and I have now little belly fat. It's not gone yet, but the improvement is motivational enough. Its a little bit formed on the upper abs even. So, you don't need to actually get ride of belly fat before abs workouts, I believe they complement themselves.

For people having issues doing the Double Crunch: Hold on to the back of your thighs with your hands when you start to extend your body out to help support yourself. I do this when I'm feeling tired on this exercise. It helps a LOT!

Hi guys, I am 15yo boy, my weight is 48 kg and I measure 166 cm. Probably I am a bit underweighted but I still have a fat on my belly, because of my look I decided to start with workout and eating much more proteins but only the ones those are in normal food. (e.g. cottage, meat). Will I lost that fat on my belly? I am already doing level two every other day and I have floorball training 3-4 times a week. :)

With 15 you are very likely to have stopped with your growth spurt phase. During the growth spurt time your body needs a lot of energy to comprehend all the work it has to do to grow very fast. So being underweight at your age isn't really unnatural for your body and something your body expects. You are very likely to now be in the phase of growing out. You will grow about 1-4 cm taller before your growth palates will close or harden up and your growth can't be continued. The less energy your body can acquire the less energy your body can give out or use. Starting a diet or counting calories at your age can take away energy that would me needed for the max growth at this last part now. I would advice you to start any diet that reduces food with the age of 17. For most people with 17 growth has been completed and they have grown 0.2 - 2.0 inches then when they were 15. Also you will get the most results at the age of 17 to 21 with any work out you do. However working out at your age isn't really considered a health problem it might just be harder work.

I tried to do level 2 after only 2 weeks on level 1 and I ''died ''. Now it's kinda easier and I feel the pain on my abs and not in my neck :-D. I want to believe that i'm gaining abs :-P now pain no gain as they say :-P . Oh by the way... I'm still using the calendar of level 1 is it ok?

About 2:30 , the leg raises, I'm able to raise my legs only half of what is needed and I can't do this. When you raise your legs your abs relax and when you lower they work, since I can raise only half, they are under heavy pressure every second and I'm shaking after 10 raises, is there any other exercise for lower abs? I can't do any of the leg raises

This has been my go to workout after a nice run for a few years now. Couple this with hanging knee raises and leg raises during the week, and you will have an amazing core. It's important to have a solid diet and cardio regiment if you really want your abs to show. No amount of situps or crunches will give you visible abs if you got a bit of flab on top.

yeah the bed I think supports your weight when you move so you should probably do it on hard ground with a towel or carpet underneath you. Maybe im not a bed expert tho

U have  to remove  ur fat  To get   Visible  abs :) First of all   I prefer to do these workouts  2x/day and 3day/week just if u are skinny and got no fat on ur stomach, and   do this  3x times/week With Kardio trening remember u wont get  visible abs just doing these workouts if u  have fat on ur stomach so  3x times 20min jogging/week :))

Guys this works I do this once a day everyday and I am also doing the TSC heart of a champion workout I recommend I'm just 15 but I lost 4kg and I have increased my muscles a lot thx to the programme I have 4 packs and I have been doing this for 47 days however also doing cardio and following the TSC heat of a champion

I've been doing the 1rst step for a week. I've recently started the 2nd step a few days ago. After the workout I suggest doing more sit ups or crunches. I weigh 135 and have a 4 pack since I've started this workout! Do it everyday for about 4 weeks and it will show !!!

After I do this , I don't feel sore at all I just sweat a lot and get tired , no sore , I've done the Level 1 for 1 month and no results at all , Idk if I should keep doing this or try a harder one ( it was very difficult for me to do this one, but no pain at all)

This used to be a great routine, but today is the first time I've had commercials breakup the middle of the workout. It takes way longer than the 10 second break, and is quite frustrating especially if I want to skip them and have to get up to come click. Do double commercials at the beginning or add one at the end, but not in the middle, please!

I wouldn't say that is good to do it every day, when you should do the first level just every other day how it is written in its description why would you do this every day?

Its my first week and already see results, my abs are stronger and can do this workout without any pain, also i was a bit fat on the sides and stomach but now i can clearly see a bit of my abs, i really recommend this exercise and do it everyday one time is enough, i did this only 2 days twice morning/night but i think one is ok

questionnnn!!!! Hey guys is ok if its this workout lvl2 is easier than lvl 1. Lvl 1 causes me more pain than lvl2. What should I do. Go back to lvl 1 or lvl 2??????

If you want to build up muscle size go for the more painful one. If you want to build up more muscle strength go for the easier one but do more reps.
