Hi i used woodear mushrooms, however you can substitite shitake mushrooms or even button mushroom. I hope you enjoy.

Oh thank you! I don't really use mushrooms at all and have only recently tried to use them this year ( yep, 2013 ) but not many recipes call for them. What is the difference?
