to all the people complaining that their necks hurt: make sure that you're not pulling on your neck with your hands! I personally cross my hands over my chest, but don't pull your neck! and if it's not from that, then make sure you're pulling with your abdominal muscles and not your chest/neck/head when reaching up. proper form is critical!

What is the schedule for these?...like how do i know when to progress from lvl 1 to level 5......am i supposed to do lvl 1 on monday and then ea day progress until i hit lvl 5 on friday....or am i supposed to do lvl 1 for a week and then progress ea week?...like wat is the schedule

For all those people who says that there neck heart. I personally recommend to do this exercise on your bed and put a pillow.thats will help you a lot focus only on your abs and you fell more comfortable to do this.

What if my abs really not strong enough to pull my upper body up after the first part? Should I just stop the workout?

In my opinion you have to do longer recovering brakes. Try one minute or more.

I weight about 90.. First time working out! When i do these it hurts my neck mostly and i can only do like 5-7 times of a single position.. I know im doing wrong cuz its my first time plz help me, motivate me cuz i have money to go to gym or buy a laptop but i cant go to the gym if i cant do them properly. If you're getting lower back and neck pain it could be because you don't focus on your abdominal muscles when performing the exercises, this will mean you won't be doing the exercises properly and you'll be relying more on momentum than your abdominal muscles, just try to keep your stomach tensed throughout and it should help :)

Normally they say you do level 1 for one month. However, I would think that you do level one till you are very comfortable doing the exercise and without  any extra effort is required . Once you are comfortable with the exercises of this level then you can move to level 2. This is just my personal opinion.

if your body fat isnt low you will never be able to see your abs crunches and sit ups only strengthen your abs diet and cardio is what makes them visible

Yea but u still need to train your abs. Even if you have low body fat, i have a 8 % body fat and i can only see a 2 pack. The reason behind this because i used to only do sit ups, and i did not target lower abs. But you are right :)
