Anyone with a clue about bodybuilding knows Abs are made in the kitchen not a gym certainly no "ab workout" will give you abs, we all have abs you have to burn the fat off to be able to see them, do some cardio, lower your calories and carbs, and you will have abs, stomach fat is one of the last places you will lose fat. IT IS IMPOSSIBLE TO   BURN FAT IN ANY ONE AREA, YOU CAN'T TRAIN FAT! infant training abs will just thicken your stomach not decrease it because until you drop your body fat to under say 20 - 10% you will never see them, trust me take my advice, I came here to stop you falling for this bullshit.

You might process chocolate better than me, so cutting you chocolate isn't as effective, consequentially, directing you towards some specific exotic foods isn't a tailored diagnosis. (And it's probably bound to fail, since the foods one frequents are the one s/he is more adapted at absorbing, so much so that there are studies showing correlation with geography and ethnicity.) Finally, neurologically and behaviorally wise, consistency is the fastest route to habit-forming, aided by neuroplasticity. (since the body is always proportionally losing weight, neurons fire in synchronization to the same input, and bodily-wise, even evading weight "plateauing".) As a bonus, it's easy to plan and hold such a schedule, since it takes no extra food, no harsh abstinence from socio-economic schedules.  I might as well patent it. Although, I doubt it's a new idea, there's just no money involved (on the contrary, dwindled sales in dieting programs/products, gyms, coaches, supplements etc. A whole industry exists.) in letting people fly by their own. After some consideration, I can translate this in a single function: The amount one is overweight is directly proportional to the amount of overeating.

I have been doing this workout for almost a month (this week I did level 2) and I can definitely see results. I've never been fat, but I did have fat on my abs. I don't have a six pack, and I am not even interested in having one, but this definitely got me a flat belly. My muscles are lean and awesome. I love it!

Are you kidding about twice a day? Do it 2 hours after a meal. Once every other day so around 4 times a week. If you workout, do it after your workout. If you do cardio, before your cardio. Go easy the first week. You don't need to go 30 reps. Go 15 or 20. Hope this helped.

If you wanna loose weight you have to eat at least 5-7 times a day but not a lot just small portions so your digestive system keeps on digesting your food much quicker because it believes that you will have your meal really soon but if you eat at least 3 times a day then your digestive system won't work fast because your system stores the food because it doesn't know when your next meal will be. anyway you can look that up further in detail. and If you wanna just get abs then you gotta go run as well because you have to burn that belly to see your abs and make sure you eat 2 hours before you sleep and stretch out before ur workouts.

I weight about 90.. First time working out! When i do these it hurts my neck mostly and i can only do like 5-7 times of a single position.. I know im doing wrong cuz its my first time plz help me, motivate me cuz i have money to go to gym or buy a laptop but i cant go to the gym if i cant do them properly. My neck was hurting for the third part I recommend facing the cieling or doing the leg excercises its normal to not feel anything on your chest for the first 30 seconds but if it doesnt hurt after your doing everything wrong.

You probably don't have enough core strength yet. I'm not an expert, but I'd suggest going to the 20s mark instead of the full 30s in each exercise until your core can support your back, and then move up from there. Hope that helps!

Keep your neck straight looking in front of you, dont move it while doing the exercise because the body will try to use secondary muscles to hold the movement but you have to isolate the work on the abs
