haha . . . your gonna need a bit more than 300 calories a day. And you can't just eat a lot, that will just have you gaining weight in fat. Heavy weight+low reps= more mass, Lighter weight+high reps= more lean definition.

I really love this kind of video. Youtube is wonderful for this sort of thing.My step brother was previously bullied. He stated he was going to get bigger. I chuckled at him. I didn't believe him.... Then unexpectedly he added 40 pounds of complete muscle mass. He used the Muscle Building Bible (Google it). He doesn't get bullied anymore. :) I subscribed a few days ago.
