The first one is definitely wrong, your elbows shouldn't be going outwards, but inwards.

My elbows hurt just watching how hard you lock out, esp skull crushers. You should really try to not lock out. It will allow your muscles to work through the range of motion. If your elbows dont hurt now, they will...

Close grip bench press: keeps elbows in. Skull crushers: dont snap your elbows. Examples are too long.

Hello, have you tried "MUSCLEader" (just search Google)? On their website you can watch a good free video featuring how to build up visible lean muscle very fast whilst eliminating body fat simultaneously. Fabian or many other guys like him had great results because of this technique. Hopefully it works for you too...

I recommend the video clip. Youtube is wonderful for this sort of info.My best friend used to be bullied. He said he was about to get bigger muscle mass. I laughed at him because I didn't think he would for a second.... Until he added 40 pounds of complete muscle mass. He used the Muscle Building Bible - look in Google. He doesn't get bullied these days. I actually subscribed a few days ago. See exactly what goes on. And this guys emails are interesting...

Kneeling down and pulling a cable back (with no attachment) with a squeeze of your tris is my fave tricep work out, pumps and burns the hell out of them.

if your being serious, when you fully extend your elbow straight out, stop and hold(lock) that position...1) your essentially resting the muscle and taking all tension off....not good to stimulate the fibers/hypertrophy and 2) locking out the elbow has been linked to olecranon bursitis especially if a heavy weight is being applied.

BTW, the workouts are only half the battle, he may have a poor diet. These exercises ARE pretty good, though he locks his arms and flings the weights, so don't do that.

what a terrible video, im surprised that guy hasnt got tonnes of injuries. Hes too explosive when he should be moving a bit slower. plus he cant keep his elbows still which is one of the most important parts of a proper work out..

If i had to pic just one tri exercise it would, without a doubt, be skull crushers. The lying dumbell extensions are great but best done one at a time. This is because it's easier to maintain stricter form ensuring better isolation and you can spot yourself with your other hand. Weighted dips are another great exercise but in my opinion you did not go down far enough.

Yes, that isn't the best way to do ANY lifting.The slower you lift the more you actually work the muscle.2 seconds up,and 2 seconds down is a common way to do it.

If your going for a bodybuilding type workout..no point in the hard lockouts. Your putting extra stress on your joints and taking out work from your triceps.

@iamzero79 Not advisable, unless you are doing super super light weight just to get the form down which would be a great thing to do. Just think about it, that's 450 reps for one body part. I can't advise you anything as for as specifics due to lack of information. Nevertheless, my advice..listen to your body and use strict form (this guy does not use strict form by the way).

Hi there, have you tried "Musclegends" (look on Google)? There you will find a nice free video demonstrating the right way to grow noticeable muscle mass easily. This made it easier for Brandon to overcome his body building stagnation and therefore develop chiseled muscle mass with no fat super fast. Perhaps it will help you out too...

He rests way too much when he locks out, hence taking away some of the pressure from the targeted muscle group. He sure has a consisted rhythm to his exercises; however, the rhythm itself is flawed. In the last result, not everyone should feel the responsibility to produce and share workout videos online.
