Written from my education and experience as a yoga, barre, and pilates instructor, former Laker Girl, professional Ballroom dancer, and ballerina, my aim in this program is for you to be able to do the splits after 30 days! Plus I have a video dedicated to strengthening your feet and legs so you can do standing splits as well.
Each video is follow-along style, meaning I will do each stretch with you, motivating you each step of the way. You do not have to think about anything - the program is laid out for you so that you just hit "next" for the next day's video. When you login with your unique username and password, it will open up to where you last left off - pretty cool, right?

Remember that it's about improving yourself - not obtaining a perfect pose. The journey to the splits is, well, a journey. You must be patient, consistent, and learn to enjoy each day and every bit of progress.
Caution! There are difficult progressions and advanced stretches so make sure you know your limits! But don't worry, I'm here for you every step of the way.
