  • Stanford AMENDS

    2,802 views 4 years ago
The American Middle Eastern Network for Dialogue at Stanford (AMENDS) is a student-led initiative at Stanford University that enables the most promising youth change agents from across the Middle East, North Africa, and United States to learn from each other, advance their work, and share, through Tedtm style talks, their ideas and experiences with the world. From April 10-14, 2012, 36 proven change agents from 17 different countries came together at Stanford to collaborate on their initiatives and present these Talks. The topics range from the power citizen journalism in the Middle East, to water conservation, micro-finance, and community organizing. See more at amends.stanford.edu Show less
