Telegraph Hill Neighborhood Center (TEL HI)

Welcome to the official YouTube channel of Telegraph Hill Neighborhood Center (TEL HI)!

Founded in 1890 by nurse Elizabeth Ashe and social worker Alice Griffith, TEL HI is one of the oldest nonprofit organizations in San Francisco. Our mission is to enhance the lives of the people in our community by providing free and low-cost programs for youth, seniors, and families. Today, we serve over 1,500 people daily through early childhood education, after-school enrichment, summer camps, senior services, and more, reaching communities in North Beach, Mission Bay, and beyond.

This channel features videos about our history, our impact, and the people we serve. Watch event recaps, Fund-a-Need appeals, news features, and community stories that showcase our mission in action.
