Channel run by Jessica Deffenbaugh- BJJ Brown Belt and owner of The Lighthouse Academy now located in Pasadena, CA! You’ll find a mix of bjj technique videos- physiotherapy tips, podcast interviews and much more here. Anything martial arts and fitness and/or small business ownership. I started as a personal trainer in 2013 and then ran a high altitude martial arts academy from 2020-2023 and now relocated to pasadena to do all of the above plus rehabilitative services as I now have a treatment room where I can treat my students and friends to keep them in their sport.
