On fighting Culex you kill wind, earth, water, fire, then culex, it's best with Mario, Mallow, and Geno. Have about 10 pick me ups on you. If you need to use phycopath, you may, use mostly attack with Geno and Mario, and Mallow, but sometimes with mallow use thunder bolt. Good weapons for the battle may be.

Mario - Lazy shell, Hero shirt
Mallow - Sonic cymbals, Hero pants
Geno - Star shot, Hero cape
