See one of your favorites is the Fred Astaire Ritz routine. One of my favorites, too. I am a huge fan of Eleanor Powell who Fred called the greatest dancer ever , female or male( she was also an ordained minister) Their Beguine the Beguine routine was MGM's largest production and most expensive setting ever. Many think it was the greatest routine ever done as Frank Sinatra introduced it as such in the movie " That's Entertainment" Worth seeing if you have not . Ellie made a profound statement I always will remember. She said," God gives us each a gift, if we use that gift and share it with others we then give the gift back to God. She did 2 movies with Red Skelton and Red used that line and shortened it to "God Bless" at the ending of each of his TV programs.
