We thought it would be interesting to take the show in a direction to pay tribute to the new film Paranormal Activity. Most definitely lots of fun (yet creepy) to film.   less

This was shot using the finished release of the Canon 7d in 1080p 24p. A canon 50mm f1.8 was used, although due to the cropped sensor, it is more 80ish. Also, a manfrotto monopod. (Would have loved using a zacuto rigged system.)

It was actually my first evening having the camera. In order to test the look for myself, no color grading/lighting techniques were used.

Music by Missy Elliot - I can't stand the rain
(I am arguably the best dancer in the film)

I hope that you all enjoy a small look into a music/fire-filled evening in downtown Columbia.
