Sampras lost the 1st and 3rd set advantage against Edberg in the 1993 Australian Open SF due to low first serve percentages and unforced errors including several double faults to lose his service games. Edberg did nothing special other than just fighing to hold on and keeping the pressure on nevertheless which by that time became one of his distinguishing traits. This was not unlike Sampras' 1992 US Open final loss to Edberg. When Sampras' service game is on, he was untouchable. But when Sampras' first serve percentages were low, Edberg had a chance to play his game. IMO, YouTube is not the right medium to view an entire 2~3 hour match some 20 years after the fact.

I hate the Australian Open camera work at that time - high angle from the nose bleed bleachers and difficult to see the ball and appreciate the pace (Youtube makes it worse). I suppose I will put up that match sometime later b/c I like their match up.
